Yeah my mom, sister, and I did background acting for a while.
She was had to walk up and down some stairs at an old theater that had really narrow steps. She's disabled and has mobility problems so it was really difficult for her.
LeBuff and the other kid would continuity run up and down the stairs pushing past her roughly whenever they could, causing her to loose her balance and nearly fall several times which made them laugh and go faster after that.

I know of a handful. They've mostly had a "well it's just the flu" and basically got away with it being able to come back presumably fine after their 14 days, so their outlook hasn't changed bit. One sounds like he's hit hard recently.

Not rooting against them, but if anything happens, all I do really is just shrug.

Cringey-ish, but also a testament of how versatile he is. Like put JT on those tracks and it's likely he'd still be in key, but his pitch would never go with it.

I think another angle is he never quite had that off-stage spotlight JT did, and that goes with every boy band member going solo. I mean no one had "Cry Me A River" to play with.

Brian from BSB was another insanely good vocalist, but getting into no trouble (and I think he made some kind of Christian album), he wasn't marketable on his own for the mainstream.

It can be anything.

Not targeting you, but so many people are short-sighted in understanding how a lot of business are suffering. Employers may be downsizing, employees may have to move back to their parents or whatever. There's even very circumstantial stuff like the company I'm at we're busy as shit. Construction industry was on pause for a few months, then when the green light comes back, everyone's in a rush to catch up and demand everything from us.

I was in retail years ago, and much of the wait times to reach customers was mostly the company itself either didn't make allocations for more employees due to budgets or whatever, or didn't do enough to draw interest. I knew the store was going under in due time and 2 years later I saw that come true. I can't blame employees for being unable to keep up or kinda pitting you with being SOL. All that "red tape" and formalities does exist to help a company operate in an organized manner despite the performance it results in.

It doesn't fix the fact it costs people inconvenience, but in today's society one can't just Karen their way about everything. End of the day you're shopping at Kroger, not Gordon Ramsey's billionaire club bonanza market. Expectations can only get so high.

Each donation is raising awareness of the problem. People can solve this problem.

It's a valid question really. The donation being recognized does something as far as influence over their fanbase at least, but I'd also question what the end translation really is.

This could be interpreted as a PR move in the end to appeal to their outside fanbase, as shallow as that sounds. While they have that relation of being subject to their own discrimination, I'm pretty sure they're quite distant from close association to our more local conflicts.

Either way, this seemingly doesn't hurt anyone, so good on their part.

If you're working from home, you should have a dock with a monitor (or two) with a proper mouse and keyboard. People have had a long time to adapt to wfh. Should have no problems by this point.

That's an ideal expectation, but not necessarily a real one.

Some companies don't provide those accommodations, some employees don't have the space at home (shared home, at that). And you can't up and say "well those people should get a new job, etc". Quite frankly having a job period is something a lot of people don't want to risk losing.

My only frustration is not everyone has the infrastructure for WFH. For my personally, a laptop slows me down a lot. There's also that uncomfortable space of being interpreted as accessible 24/7.
