But isn't Persona heavily based on the Slice of Life genre?
There are very few anime out there (to my knowledge) that are Slice of Life and deal with post-College life as that's what the main Japanese demographic is trying to avoid (You have things like Senko-san and Yesterday wo Utatte, oh and Dragon Maid I guess, but there's still school plots in two of the three listed).

Both Georgia Senators have leads in their elections with 98%+ of districts reporting.
That means the senate will be 50-50, a tie.
This means that Harris will be the tiebreaker.
Most legislature needs 2/3 majority to pass, which they don't have (called a supermajority) but it means that the Republicans can no longer cockblock the Democrats like they've done for the past 4 years. Mitch no longer controls the senate, ect.

That's no excuse, since there are definitely non-skill related games... well, ok, you use brain skill instead of physical skill 'cuz I mean stuff like Chess.

Chess doesn't interest me.
Path of Exile does.
The problem is that I will never have the backbone to put in the hours required to get the goals I want. There are people out there who are putting 18 hours a day into the game. I cannot fundamentally compete.

As much as I shill trails, I have no motivation top play the Crossbell games (I should have played them before Cold Steel), and never finished Cold Steel 2 (Too lazy to dig out my PS3). Oh I don't have Cold Steel 4 either because it's never coming out to PC (really it's just taking an eternity).

Third one is more of a gaiden game that provides a lot of foreshadowing of the games to come in the series while fleshing out a lot of character backstory.

I would not buy more entries until you see if you like the direction the series is going in with the first two. They are very much related (originally designed as one game) and a good gauge of if you will like the series. But like I said, if you cannot get into the first title, don't stress it. I know many people who couldn't get into how the series handles its pacing (and all of the games in the series have similar pacing).

Or you can completely spoil some stuff from the Cold Steel games and listen to the reandown (seriously don't do this) if you want a laugh.

Had to spend $10 extra to get everything I wanted this time. Got The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky Second Chapter for the most expensive one. I can get the third game some other time. I'll probably play the first game when I'm done with Ni No Kuni.

Oh I did not see this. Congrats on buying one of the greatest games of all time. Hopefully you enjoy Trails in the Sky. You will know you like it within the first couple hours of playing. If you don't like it, don't kill yourself over it. Lots of people don't.
