Ok, Sarah Lee bagels seem to be magical. You can buy a bag of em, forget you bought em for 2 months, and they still seem fresh, non-stale and tasty when you toast em.

It doesn't make sense...at all.

But whatever, tested multiple times and it's freaking true. Obviously I usually eat them within a few weeks but, I'm diabetic so I don't eat bread much, so sometimes it's months before I do.

Anyway, I have been jonesing for some garlic bread recently. I decided to use my air fryer to make a garlic bread bagel, using crushed garlic and butter. I tossed the bagel in the air fryer for 3 minutes to get it warmed up, spread the butter and garlic on top, and tossed it back in for 3 minutes to finish it off.

Freaking delicious. The bread is still soft on the inside, but crunchy on the outside. The garlic/butter spread is toasted slightly (but not burnt) and it took almost no time, no clean up (I even used a plastic knife for the butter) and it's cheap as hell.

Buting a pre-made garlic bread at the store is like $5 (though safeway brands are like $3), but if you make it, it's waaaay to much for 1 person (especially a diabetic) and it gets stale like in a day or two). You can't split it up to cook easily either.

But a bag of sarah lee bagels is usually on sale for $2 or so, with 6 bagels, each of which cut in two are just about the perfect amount of garlic bread. $2/6 is 34 cents per garlic bread.

So it's cheap, lasts longer, easy to make and clean up....bagels rock for garlic bread.

No bean chili is good as well, you shouldn't just accept one type of chili, there is a whole spectrum of chili and most of it is good.

You must have watched a different debate than me, I didn't like either of em to be honest (not really a change from before the debate), and I didn't like how either acted in this debate, I didn't like things both of them said at different points. I thought Biden was all over the place, and seemed to forget words, or use the wrong ones multiple times.

I felt Trump was obnoxious as always, didn't answer questions and instead went off on tangents, didn't respect the person asking the questions at all, and just from some of the things he said (without giving specific examples) seemed to contradict himself a few times (just my impression I ain't going back to site examples).

From a perspective of someone who isn't a fan of either candidate, I call it a draw because neither side dominated the other, Trump looked like a jerk (But maybe that is my prejudice against him (not his party), and Biden seemed to be fumbling or unclear quite often. Neither inspired confidence in my opinion at least.

I don't want to make another thread, but i'm curious if the LQBTQ people that are voting here would vote to be Bi instead of straight if they are not already mind you.

I don't like the idea of cutting out a whole large section of people I could be with/enjoy life with and also find sexually stimulating. If I was gay, I wouldn't wanna be straight, because I wouldn't want to give up finding the people I currently am attracted to not attractive anymore. Same for me now, I don't wanna be gay, but I'd like the option of finding men attractive as well.

But yeah, I can see how especially in some areas people who are gay would be happy to be straight so they don't have to deal with discrimination, family issues etc.

How is anyone not. It literally just means you think people are people independant of gender and that all genders are equal etc. I actually am slightly pro female, as in, I think women in general are better than men, mainly because they don't deal with testosterone as much (and don't usually rape other people etc....usually).

The entire concept that women are inferior is disgusting and sad, and the way men have treated women throughout time...and even now in many places, is horrible. I am fine over all with my gender, but not fine with the behavior of many of my gender, even today.

Anyone who is really bi is seriously lucky. I don't think all people who have sex with both genders are really bi though, they may just be willing to have sex with people they are not strongly attracted to because you know....sex.

I don't find men attractive at all, sadly, but I really wish there was a pill that would change that tbh, more options is never a bad thing, even if i'm not into casual.

I'm not sexual active, nor do I really have a sex drive at all at this point, but I'm not totally asexual as I still find women attractive, and notice when a woman is especially hot etc. I have always been more into cute though than "sexy", and to actually date or eventually want to have sex with a woman, her personality was far more important to me than her looks.

I've also always been super considerate/careful about not making unwanted advances etc, which means most of the relationships I have been in, the woman had to beat me over the head repeatedly to get me to realize she was interested in me and wanted to date. That would have worked WAY freaking better if I had been a girl, just because of the way society generally is, and the dating roles that are most common.

If I the choice, over all, I think I would be a lesbian primarily, but bi (still found guys attractive) to give more long term options. I would look for a partner who was into a commited relationship, but open to adding others into our bed (possibly guys as well) sometimes, probably also bi, so we might have the option of adding a guy long term to have/raise children with.

The foundation would be a strong commited relationship with each other, anything added on would be secondary, but we would both be focused on each other and what the other person wants/needs to be happy. Neither member would be selfish, neither would ever consider cheating on the other, and both would be willing to communicate openly about their desires.

Course for all of that to happen/matter I'd need to be at least 20 years younger than I am now, at this point it wouldn't really make any difference at all.

Guys get girls pregnant (there is always the risk), unless the girl uses protection (Which usually has side effects) or they use a condom etc.

There are certainly some things I wouldn't like about being a girl (not really wanna to try the whole period thing for one), but i'd certainly have had more sex when I was younger if I was one lol.

I'd say it's a variant of hoarding disorder, at some level. It's not as destructive, since digital libraries are hypothetically infinite (and even physical libraries can get very large before taking up enough space to affect living conditions), but it's the same basic compulsion of "I should take advantage of this good deal and I'll probably play it eventually" driving people to purchase stuff that will ultimately be useless.

I also like to support good games, even if I dont' want to pay full price for many of them. If I see a good game, or a game that looks fun to me, even if I don't get a chance to play it, I want to support it. There is a kinda "collect them all" part to it as well, or just a "shiny!!" kinda thing going on behind the scenes as well.

But yeah, I have like 50 games on Epic and have never bought a game from them for instance. A computer to run most games at this point (heck even a labtop) can be had for a few hundred dollars (if you buy it used).

Used PS4's can also be gotten fairly cheap at this point (just not Switches!!), and a used Xbox would let you play the huge library of Xbox's game pass ($10 a month after the free trial thingy...which I think is still 3 months). I've seen used Xbox S's or whatever they are called for insanely cheap prices as well.

A PC is the best though since it gives so many free MMO's you can play, games like path of exile, flash games etc, all the free epic games, the insanely cheap steam games (some are free as well) etc. Get a used laptop or desktop with a 2 gig GPU for $200 or less and you can play thousands of games for free at that point (in fact enough are released that you could never keep up with just the free ones).

If I sat down and tried just to play all the free games from epic right now, I wouldn't finish within a year and by then a ton more would have been added.
