Trump was for localized lockdowns and didn't believe a blanket strategy lockdown made sense. His goal was locking down in areas where hospitals could be overwhelmed to lower the curves, under governor input. He worked on the logistics of a depleted government pandemic response to get the proper equipment to where it needed to go.

He however did not believe places where the virus has not gripped yet or where population density wasn't high enough to overwhelm hospitals should lock down.

People forget the point of the lockdowns again was not to stop people from dying. They were to lower the curve so that the hospitals did not break the limits they could handle.

Trump never saw the point of shutting down say North Dakota because say New York was overwhelmed. It would be like shutting down Israel because Pakistan was having an outbreak while nothing was going on in Israel.

Fair enough. I don't know how many of them are still currently rich or were popular, but okay.

That said, if Tom Hanks had passed away back at the onset, I think the entire trajectory of public opinion would have swiftly changed. I think that it hasn't affected the populace yet with a mainstream high profile case death yet has led people to feel it's not as serious.

High profile people have less need to expose themselves to COVID-19. And those they work with are in a similar boat. Its less medical care and more risk of exposure. They simply aren't getting it at a high enough rate that you'd necessarily expect to have a death among them.

But none of them? Tom Hanks. His wife. How many college and pro sports players. How many head of states 2 alrdy? Robert Pattinson. How many didn't even divulge they have it? The Rock? Who is seriously the highest profile person to die from it? Herman Cain? An Iranian government official?

I get the rich can avoid it easier, but they don't necessarily do so. Sports athletes are the most notorious probably for flaunting it and getting it.

Is the milano chick the closest thing we have to a relatively even B level death from it?

The answer is likely the ballots would remain the same but pence would take over as president if Trump won. Pence would maybe challenge in court the ballots that were turned in beforehand. Maybe. I dunno. I can't see votes not being allowed.

However Biden was getting a lot of anti trumpers. This could sway them back. What if they wanted to change their vote? That's why this early voting is kinda weird. Ironically a situation like this could be the end of early voting going forward

My sister was found positive a few days ago. We share the same house but she was in quarntine. Doesn't really matter as she infected our whole family. My parents showed symptoms a few days ago but I was still fine
Two days ago I started noticing a sore throat and a pain in the neck. Both are very rarely COVID symptoms so I thought maybe I am imagining things
I believe some illness can be caused by psychological thoughts, or just by noticing those things more when you fear them.
It's not uncommon for the body to act up, think nothing on it, and then after a good night sleep everything is better

But yesterday things changed. I started having a headache and a fever. Now this is worrying as both are common symptoms.
If it stays like this, I will live, this feel like a mild case of flu.
But as I stated before, the scary part is that it can suddenly turn into something else and you find yourself rushing to the hospital

Sore throat is definitely not a rare covid symptom.

Biden got flustered and mad and played right into Trump's hands many times. I don't know how anyone could say just Trump mucked it up. Biden played into it and had his fair share of interjections.

All Biden had to do was stay silent, look annoyed, and continue on. And later on say that he wouldn't stoop to the childish level of the other candidate / letting Trump's interjections just give the cover for Biden's dodges.

He meant the states. The states wouldn't announce that beforehand if you follow what he is saying. He is saying they are purposely staying somewhat locked down to make him look back and hinder the economy and then will magically reopen once the election is over.
