I absolutely loved the WIXOSS anime (it's basically the Madoka Magica of card game battle anime) but the real life TCG it's based on has still never had any sort of official English release. All official localizations for Tower Of God (the LINE webtoon version, Crunchyroll's subtitles of the anime, and Bang Zoom's English dub of the anime) uses Jahad for her and others with the same name, and the Zahard name is only used in the original Korean version of the webtoon. Since I'd be willing to bet that most people participating in this contest don't know Korean, it's safe to assume that most people here who know about Tower Of God will recognize the Jahad name a lot more. I'm still playing Tales Of Crestoria and Revue Starlight ReLIVE, so I guess I'll invest more time into those now. But considering that Tales gachas don't have a good track record and Revue Starlight is even more niche than Madoka Magica (seriously, how the fuck did this manage to outlive MagiReco?) I don't know how much longer those will be around. I have no intention of picking up any games I had dropped before (no FEH or GFL) or any interest in other games that have already been out for a while (no Azur Lane, PriConne, etc.) or any desire to start all over in the JP version of MagiReco or Symphogear XDU. The only other gacha coming out soon over in Japan that I might be interested in is Assault Lily Bouquet, whose anime is airing in October and I'm really hyped for it. Unfortunately, that game is being handled by Pokelabo, who I still hate due to how they screwed over Symphogear XDU's EN version. Maybe Pokelabo will handle it better since it's the main JP version, but I'm still very hesitant to trust them enough to play the game even then. You start out with very little right at the beginning, but GFL gives you tons and tons of resources to craft girls and equipment over time. Plus, even if you could re-roll, it's actually recommended to not use too many high-rarity T-Dolls early on due to how the dummy link system works. A 5-star T-Doll that you can't dummy link because you don't have the cores (which you can get as drops, event rewards, and dismantling duplicate T-Dolls) is useless even compared to a 2-star T-Doll that you can actually dummy link, and the higher rarity ones take more cores to dummy link. You can clear a good chunk of the story just fine with the five main story girls (the members of AR team, which are rewards in the story and really good 4-stars) and an assortment of low rarity T-Dolls, then by the time you need to upgrade and level more high rarity T-Dolls, you'll have plenty of resources to do so. Also, GFL is the most popular gacha game among players here on CE, and it's had its own separate general topic going constantly. To keep the spirit of the playthrough intact, I knocked it out. Press F to pay respects. The-19th-Sparta posted... Like most game challenges, you got past the hard part of preparation and now it's smooth sailing from here. Having Kadabra, Machoke, and Dragonair only in their middle forms (the first two being trade evolutions I can't do and the third not being until level 55, which will take a while) with lower stats might still add a bit more challenge to the run, so I wouldn't say it's "smooth sailing" just yet. But you're right that my team preparation is mostly complete. They were much easier than Chuck and Jasmine were because most of my unevolved Pokemon evolved during the Rocket Hideout portion or against the weaker trainers in Pryce's gym. - I went to the Dragon's Den and got the free Extremespeed Dratini from the elder. Time to slap the Exp Share on it and start training it up. I'm not sure yet which of my 7 battling Pokemon I'm going to leave behind when I eventually fight them. Dude literally did a Swanton Bomb off the top rope out to ringside and took/sold a Canadian Destroyer in his first official match, which is just crazy. I totally agree that Pat could be an awesome competitor if he actually decides to stick with the business. Togetic lucked out with Metronome and somehow managed to use Sacred Fire and Aeroblast one after the other, which just absolutely destroyed Miltank. - I made my way to Ecruteak, beat the kimono girls to get Surf (which I taught to Croconaw) and then took care of stuff in the Burned Tower. - I went back to Goldenrod to get Eevee from Bill and a few more TM's for the elemental punches, then returned to Ecruteak and defeated Morty. Current party: - Kadabra Lv21 - Togetic Lv20 - Cubone Lv20 - Machop Lv20 - Magby Lv20 - Eevee Lv20 In the PC: - Croconaw Lv23 (will take her back out when I need Surf) Should I evolve my Eevee into Jolteon or Umbreon?
