I prefer rush mode for that reason. It does less damage, but you can dodge really easily.

And you absolutely can defeat the bosses without taking damage. But it's a mistake thinking it's going to be like Metal Gear Rising. At no point will you be unleashing 40 hit combos on bosses lol.

I personally hate playing the Yakuza games on Hard just because their health gets kind of ridiculous (wait until you see your first purple health bar). But it's doable.

Are you taking about Kuze? The best you can do is wait for him to do his combo and hit him a few times while he's open. If you get too overzealous with your attacks, he punishes you with counters. The fight will take a while, but you won't constantly be eating counters if you aren't overly aggressive.

You can also grab him in the second half of the fight, but that could be considered cheesing lol.

Bad Breath for sure. Especially because in the games with random encounters it can be an instant wipe if the Malboro attacks first.

Reading FF instruction booklets back in the day was always great because you had regular sized adult males listed as like 115 lbs or you find out a guy that looks like hes in his 50s like Auron is only supposed to be 35.

Oh yeah, in JRPG's, anyone over like 25 is automatically an old man. They have to cater to their young audience lol.

Man I know that feeling. I'm not huge, but I am heavier than I've ever been in my life (287 pounds, last I checked).

One of my co-workers was cute and kind of flirty, so I asked her out. I got shot down, but for me, rejection is better than looking back and thinking "what if I had asked?" That feeling sucks.

Do I say, work up your courage and ask her out. Especially if that job is only temporary. Don't count yourself out just because you're putting on some weight.

I'd strongly consider it. I love Roller Coasters and Theme Parks and try to go to at least one a year. I'd go to Six Flags Magic Mountain, or Knott's Berry Farm first.

Not during the summer though. I'd wait until the fall when school is in session. I've done that the last few times (pre-covid) and most rides are just walk ons, no waiting.

Nope. My high school was small as hell, so we didn't have a football team, so no quarterback to steal all the girls. I did ask out the hottest girl in our class though and got shot down. Out of these choices, I have to give it to Cowboy Bebop. Yu Yu Hakusho was also really good though.

One anime that absolutely nailed the English Dub though, was Baccano.

I would say something like "I haven't experienced any conflict in the work place, but if I did, I would..." And then give a hypothetical. You can think of a hypothetical ahead of time, in case it comes up.

But please for the love of God, don't say something that sounds like you would escalate the conflict, or retaliate. Even if it's true, that's not something that sounds good to an interviewer.

Also, look up what things you'll be doing for the job. Because most likely they will ask you some variation of "what skills do you have that qualify you for this position?" And you want to list things that actually apply to your position. Because being good with computers is great, but if it doesn't specifically apply to the position you're applying for, it doesn't help for that question.

And good luck with your interview.

Wow, you need to relax lol. The guy found it mildly interesting that movie theaters reopened and hadn't replaced their promotional material from before they closed, almost a year ago. Red Baron Fire Baked Pizza.

It was the best frozen pizza I ever had. The sauce had a bit of spiciness to it that gave it a ton of flavor, compared to something like DiGiorno (I'm sorry, but I find DiGiorno very bland). The crust was also light and crispy. The crust lived on with it's spiritual successor, the Red Baron Brick Oven Pizza, but the sauce isn't as good.

I watched the video. They're verbally taunting the guy and making threatening statements and then he just steps out with a pistol and starts firing.

It's surreal, for the first four or five shots the two people in the street don't even budge.

Then the guy gets hit, and he screams and starts to run before collapsing out of frame in his driveway. (A slur the shot man said to him earlier in the altercation) before shooting him again. Then he returns to his house.

It looks like the threats and stuff that they were yelling at him finally made him snap.

It's sad. Two families destroyed over some fucking snow.

From the statements in the article, it sounds like this was less about the snow and more about this being the guy's breaking point. Neighbors said that these 3 had a "long-standing fued". So they've probably been fighting for quite a while before this.

Not that it makes all of this any better. Truly tragic that this led to 3 deaths.

Also, from the way it's described, he shot himself as the police were coming up to his door.

Yeah, it sucks if you rent in a city that doesn't have rent control laws. For one of my apartments, as soon as the lease ended, the landlord gave 60 day notice that the rent would be going from $1500 to $1800.

But not all landlords are bad. My grandmother is a landlord and she never goes up on her rent. She had tenants that paid the same rent for 13 years.
