It is difficult to find to to really work out when I have a wife and three kids. The two older ones aren't even going to school/preschool with the restrictions, so they're all always home. I don't have kids so this might be a silly suggestion. But can you get them to work out with you. Like do some simple kids stuff while you do your do. #1 | The Senate is a horrible body. And I know it was great for a people back in the 1800s but it is bad now. A place like WY should not have same amount of representation as CA. And we literally have a turtle from Ky (a mid size state, that is literally ranked 40 when it comes to overall state rantings) ruling the country. Making sure the judges that Republicans wanted got in, making sure to cut at Dems and more. It is too power and the body is too misrepresent. I know there is nothing that can be done about it. There is not major war that America has had that African Americans have no fought and died in. That should have already proved African American value. So there was nothing African Americans could do by working and keeping their heads down that would have been enough for the people of the era. To finally say, you know what let's stop being racist. Booker T. Washington was a safe black person that did did not rock the boat. Today he would have been Larry Elder. My hate for Washington is one deeply root in a lot of a research I have done about it. The fact that you know he was bad for black people.
