I use to work for them. After I was kicked out of Stanford I worked with them for a few years. Then I had a career change.. and let's say started working with the government. I use to do both at the same time, but at least there was a hot girl working at the frozen yogurt place next door.

The hardest part about working in tech support is when you offer the customer a solution that is 90% successful, but the customer says that's not good enough, it must be 100% successful. Then the customer asks to talk your supervisor

Or when the customer feeds you incorrect information, and then gets angry at you when the operation fails, not realizing that the initial assumption was wrong in the first place
