You can get endgame shit in like ten turns by manipulating that. Absolutely just know that if you spam wizards, you need to be prepared to micro manage their spells. Don't be afraid, but I recommend slowing down time instead of pausing time to cast spells. It's the second to last setting. Paused spell queues and fires tend to be... spotty, at best. The factions are quite diverse, so recommending a baseline is tough. But generally speaking to learn the mechanics on Easy you could do Franz (Empire) or Tyrion (High Elves) and branch out from there. Personally my favorite lord is Ghorst for Vampire Counts. You can make upkeep free zombie and skeleton deathstacks roaming the map in a literal apocalypse for the good guys. Generally at the start of any campaign you have a tutorial battle then a starting province to "complete" by taking the missing places. From there you want to focus on economy (public order/growth/money) and any unique resources a province has access to, like iron ore or something, you want to build that unique building too. Always keep an eye on military buildings to see what units they provide and would like to have in your army, too. I generally shoot for a Core Province at Tier 3+ and well defended by around turn 30-35 before I strike out into the world by eating my neighbors. When you first start a game you want your first turn to go through your tech tree, diplomacy (trade deals mostly), any faction specific perks (e.g: machinations for the Empire) and so on. Then do your tutorial battle, you should just walk your starting army to the starting enemy and save before the battle. Keep practicing until you get overwhelming victory here and that's a good baseline to know you've got the hang of the first 20 turns of enemy armies. --- Since only from below can one better see the heights. https://imgur.com/OhZgm |

Made sure we got an excellent hotel, a gameplan to hit the best spots to eat/drink/have fun and also celebrate her graduation on the third to last day before getting ready to head back. On the first night we went to a place I got a chicken sandwich that I noticed was raw in the middle after too many bites (like ice cold dead center) and I swapped it out for something else. We went back to the hotel. The fever, delerium, shits, vomiting and overall body purging process was so bad I thought I was going to die. At one point I had my face in the toilet and, since it was right next to the shower, my ass in the shower while the hot water was on blast. Reduce all smoking, drinking, jerking, etc. Remove any overabundance of self-rewarding impulses that trick your brain into thinking being depressed, lonely and sad leads to all that dopamine. Will take time and suck. Creative hobbies are never too late to start. I know it's early access and all, but the way I understand this game is that it sold like hotcakes and only one dude is working on it -- part time -- while focusing on another, unannounced project. The game could use a whole bunch of visual and map improvements, new AI behavior and models and basically just more of everything. Was surprised to see how little has been added since a rocket launch. Phasmophobia has you and up to three buddies gear up for a ghost hunt from a variety of maps. The ghosts all have similarities but unique responses and behavior. You need to find three pieces of evidence while provoking the ghost, but not getting killed, and it feels like a "director" kind of AI ala Left 4 Dead. The part I didn't know about the game is that it uses in-game voice chat to listen to you. You can talk to the ghosts on a radio, ask questions on a quija board and even use their name to provoke them. Alien McGuffin happens, they feign interest in it while planning further killing of each other. Repeat. Both antagonists were 2D as shit. Murtry the slightly better of the two but we know nothing about Gao, making the whole political subplot without the scope or sharpness of any other season. He was a pioneer psychopath on his first introduction and nothing changed. Amos and Wei was silly. Amos and Murtry finally fighting and it cutting to the next scene at the first punch blueballed ten episodes worth of buildup. He had no notable fight, and jobbed hard on every one he did have. My favorite part of the season was anything Belter related.
