Thats just one scenario. Another would be he sells for more money than he paid if the value went up overnight, and a 3rd would be that he gets nothing because the value fell and he would only accept $210 since no one was willing to pay more than $180.

But you can't really tell me that the price of the stock now is at all what the company is worth. If this skyrockets past 1000$ like some people are wanting, it is going to cause a lot of issues, especially if this becomes a norm on stocks.

Never, by default. Even when stiffed. Only people who want to get fired instantly go on those social media crusades or worse yet, call after the customer as they're leaving, to confront them. Is it annoying? Yeah. But the next customer is right behind and if you treat them as well and roll the dice, could be new regulars.

For what I consider tipping etiquette;

Table/Bar Service: 15% Standard, 20% Good, 25%+ Great/They did you a solid. Unless they spit in your mouth and scream obscenities, don't go below 15%.

Pickup: If I call in an order, get there, get handed a bag and leave I'll usually give them a couple bucks cash if I have it. Never expect to give or receive a tip here.

Delivery Driver: Yes, grubhub/Uber eats/doordash etc all suck and the fees are insane and all that shit. It's not the place you're ordering from's fault at all. They're cannibalizing the market. You should still always tip your driver 20%.

Yes. Helps I'm a bartender. People don't stiff as often as you think but lately it feels like people are trending down to 10% tips for just about anything and that sucks. Wish we didn't have to work for tips but any hope of that changing died with the pandemic. Now this industry is one of the hardest hit; on main street here 4/14 places closed for good and counting.

As a Patriots fan I'd love to see Brady take it, but Chiefs are looking like the new dynasty. The difference in player talent is pretty close to even with weaknesses on either side for both, but the game changer is simply going to be coaching. Bruce Arians doesn't even get up from his golf cart for most practices and Brady has been running the show since at least mid year. Andy Reid is a much, much stronger head coach with experience in this situation.

I don't think the lights will be too bright for Brady, but they will be for Tampa's coaching staff.

I love their style of worldbuilding. Dark Souls 3 was one of my favorite setting/story based playthroughs. It's not hard to follow what is going on at all if you pay attention to environment, max NPC dialog and read item descriptions.

Chandler has had a very long career outside of UFC and he's mostly been solid. This was one of his better knockouts. It was funny watching him get pumped, then annoyed, then work on his timing against Hooker lol. Hooker had nothing to offer in this fight.

I thought RE8 WAS the RE4 remake as it was called Village.

They're working on both. Originally the RE3 team wanted to make RE4 a 1:1 faithful, authentic remake because they got shit for how they cut so much content from RE3 for Capcom. Capcom told them to kick rocks, they're doing it themselves, because they want to change a lot about the game.

Quark does not make money on the DS9 crew. He makes connections and gets into jobs with them.

Travelers to DS9, who have latinum, are where he gains his real currency, heist/smuggling jobs, etc.

I would say switch to something like American Spirits. I've also cut down a ton on my smoking, to the point where I don't even really enjoy it - I used to smoke like two or three per leg of my commute and now when I have to drive to work I just have 3/4 of one.

This is actually due to your recommendation of Spirits. They burn longer than the slow heat death of the universe and especially the menthol ones are strong. It's a gambit, quitting using them can work, but they hit like a truck if you're used to lights.

I feel you TC. I shot myself in the foot. For a little over a year I vaped but all the stores, prices and availability of that equipment went to hell for covid in my city. Switched to American Spirits and trying to quit. Been smoking cigs for like two months now and I know I gotta stop.

The new hitman games are a lot of fun but people new to the series should be aware that the maps are very much gigantic, interlocking puzzles where interactivity -> efficiency -> kill and escape is more or less always the goal. It isn't quite so much a stealth action adventure like MGS or something.

I liked RE7 but I agree on your two main points.

Combat should have been meatier and more impactful. Pistol felt like a BB gun-lite, shotgun felt like a sawnoff rifle, and the sounds lacked any punch. Even RE4 feels meatier to fight enemies in.

Also agreed on the float-y. It gave me a headache and felt like my head was suspended in water. I believe this was to prep it for Sony VR as the above poster said, though. No way around it.

This is tangential, but I was struck by how good Gears Tactics looks. Strategy games aren't usually given that level of detail of fidelity.

It's too bad the game doesn't even have a meta campaign like any xcom game. The formula improvement and graphics fidelity was incredible compared to Xcom 2 and it has a lot of needed QoL stuff... but a very short, linear campaign with little content at all was a shame.
