I actually really like the new characters in Season 4 (except for Charlotte - ew). Contrary to Nikki and Paolo, Miles, Faraday, and Lapidus are examples of how to introduce characters in a good way.

the biggest mistake/tragedy of Lost is that Frank Lapidus never got his own episode.

ok now that ive seen it, I think JL was kind of the same amount of bad as BvS. I didnt hate it, but it definitely wasnt good. It (unsurprisingly) felt a lot like an Avengers movie but with a way worse execution. Even the mid credits scene referenced the brunch thing like the Avengerss scene referenced Schwarma.

what the fuck I didnt know about this after credits scene. Its pretty funny that theres basically no chance it ever gets followed up on now. Too bad, Deathstroke looked pretty good.

ITT: Some cool people, but also irrational TRIGGERED and want to shame people who enjoy an artists work that got originally taken from him. And Snyders influence WILL continue on future movies like it or not, with him producing WW84 and having Ben Afflecks Batman back in the Flash, and possibly his Superman in the Black Adam film.

Im excited that Ben Afflecks Batman is going to be in the Flash. Hes a good Batman and he deserves the chance to play the character in an actually good movie. Henry Cavill should get another shot too, thats great.

Snyder isnt 100% garbage. his movies all have good elements, but they also all have major flaws. him having some influence on, but not totally controlling a movie might be a good situation.

at least half of these characters are just there to be silly and die early

my baseless prediction is to sort of play with our expectations one of the more famous people will end up getting killed super early (it would be pretty funny if after all the speculation Idris Elba dies in the first ten minutes) and one of the dumbest characters will make it all the way to the end (I have a good feeling about Polka Dot Man)

The one character Im really confused by is Mongal. She seems like she should be too powerful for the team and also is like a space person instead of a regular criminal like the others.

Even despite the fact that there was no Silksong, that was probably the best Indie show they've ever done? They shadowdropped like six games (Spiritfarer, Takeshi & Hiroshi, Raji, A Short Hike, Manifold Garden, Evergate) and all of them look really cool. Some big ports, other cool new announcements, updates on most of the MIA games (except Silksong). That's a lot of stuff.
