Honestly what helped me was just venting to a friend. Really getting into the depths of why I felt depressed in the first place, exposing my deepest insecurity and talking it out. That was back in 2017 or 2018 I think, havent really had a real depressive episode since then.

Basically his only route is some impossible recount flips. PA is out of recount range and without it he would need to get GA and AZ (AZ remains uncalled for how close it is by some outlets) then somehow flip 20k votes in WI (no recount has ever changed more than 1k votes in the US) to get them both under the 270 mark where he would win in our bizarre method of choosing a president in that situation.

There is no realistic path in which Trump becomes president now that PA is out of his hands.

A number of key battle ground states are supposedly being decided by 1%. Realistically there's a lot of recounting and other measures that should be going on. A few of the states that have been declared probably shouldn't have been, particularly some that were called when the margin is that small and the full state hasn't been reported. Arizona, for example, has a 0.5% difference yet it stopped reporting at 90%.

If all of the close races were re-examined or recounted, Trump could win. In fact, just TWO of the sub-1% states would mean Biden didn't get his 270 either.

Of course, the big issue is that it's too late for matters of fraud, since even if you discovered something like people had voted in two states (which given the ridiculous ease of acquiring absentee ballots is a very real possibility) there's not much you could do about it anyway now.
