A few days. We use to camp in the desert along the Colorado river. I spent my most my time in the river so showering was pointless.

Probably about a month. When I was more depressed looking or smelling bad didn't really matter since I wasn't going anywhere but eventually you get pretty damn itchy.

I don't remember bathing back when we went camping, and I think we went for like a whole week, but I was like 6 or 7 at the time. I don't remember there even being any facilities other than a pit latrine.
