It's like saying it's greater than the sum of its parts and that it exceeds the concept, but it definitely is backhanded since at the least it's saying the brand isn't good. Like a Karate Kid show being good drama is only surprising because you think it's a cheap cash-in on the movie, or maybe that Karate Kid itself is bad drama.

This is what's great about being a 1099 contractor though, you can wait literally 16 months before paying your payroll tax. All you get is a $400ish fee for a delayed payment, but you can easily make $1-2k in interest by investing that tax instead during that time.

This is so wrong, gamers absolutely loved it when it first came out, and the 8.8 only made the love last longer as some sort of proto-GG act of cultural war.

Writing isn't just plot, it's the whole world and characters. It's an economy and a feeling of completeness. S1 nailed all of that. Same with Korra S1. And despite how much Korra S2's plot sucked, it WAS written with S3 and S4 in mind, and set those up brilliantly.

Since this is just a remake of an existing story, I don't think Bryke are really that necessary tbh. It really just needs some good direction. But the movie (that doesn't exist) was just so bad that we can't trust anything without them anymore.

Gary Johnson got 2 votes for every 1 vote Jill Stein got. Hillary lost Michigan by 10k votes. If Democrats encouraged 3rd party voting in general, it would only have taken 30k 3rd party votes total (20k from Trump to Gary, 10k from Hillary to Stein) to give Hillary the win. That's 1% of the total vote.

Democrats hate 3rd parties so much that they would rather Trump win than give 3rd parties an extra 1% of the vote. Well, that was the case in 2016. Maybe in 2020 they are serious enough about beating Trump that they won't spent 95% of their energy attacking 1% of voters, who are actually helping them?

Also these tests are wrong about 30% of the time (both false negatives and false positives) so you probably don't have it but it wouldn't be surprising if you actually do!

You should be able to get tests at some local places that are WAY faster than any ER or hospital. Those are for people who broke their leg or got shot. Or are about to die from covid symptoms.

We did one a few weeks ago at a fire station and it took 2 days to get results. But I do believe that Florida is a total disaster right now. But it shouldn't be THAT bad.

I played suikoden 1 like 4 years ago in preparation for suikoden 2. It was way more fun than I expected. Combat sucked but was easy to ignore. The narrative and other gameplay gimmicks were awesome.

The ban isn't legal or enforceable in any real way. But since a social network's strength depends on its size, the plain fact that the president is against could reduce its strength massively by making it less attractive.

The only real reason I can think of for the ban is to protect US data collection companies (Facebook).
