I think it was just 14 months from start of production to release date in the end, so basically at most, one year in actual production before they had to start manufacturing and shipping. They were supposed to have 2 years production. BioWare got 3 years to make the first game. Still makes me mad to this day that LucasArts forced KotOR 2 out so early, and have said to deny Obsidian's request to fix things and add content back in after release. A higher percentage of Chinese people do have perfect pitch compared to the amount of westerners, if I recall correctly.
