I used to have a lot of hang ups about sex, and often would get nauseas before or during, and would usually throw up after <.< then my junior year of college I was assaulted and that turned me off from sex for a good while. I'm fat. Like really really really terribly horribly fat. 100+ lbs overweight fat. but I'm trying to lose some weight. Stopped drinking as much soda (but haven't been able to give it up entirely yet), started going for walks in the evening, started making more meals at home, and started eating smaller portions. Living with my gf has helped a lot.

it's been a month (well, 32 days) and I've lost 10 pounds. I know I won't always lose the pounds this quickly but I stepped on my scale today and it didn't wrap around to "0" again. Big motivator.
