Short answer, yes, now is a good time to be investing. The market is liable to go down even more than where its at now, but it will certainly go back up within a few to several months. In a perfect world, youd invest on the final day of decline. But because nobody is clairvoyant, if you were to invest now and risk the market going down even further, it wouldnt matter much compared to the increases youd yield down the road.

I am no expert to the Stock Market. I am a beginner, so take what I say with a giant grain of salt - But I believe the market will bounce back very fast once we start hearing good news about the coronavirus, whenever that might be
This isn't like 2008 - there is no financial crisis. News outlets that say otherwise are just trying to ride on the bear market. The market was super bull. And want to be a bull again.

Surely some companies will be hit hard, like Boeing, but whatever. Most tech companies will be unaffected.

And YET, I don't believe you should invest yet. There is still more room to go down. Wait a few days. There might be a correction tomorrow or on Monday, don't fall for it - it will be just a correction and not the "bounce back"

I think it's better to start with small amount, and the more profit you make, the more comfortable you are with losing some if it and risking more money
Whenever I put a large amount I get scared easily, which makes for a loss. A small amount makes me more clear headed and more patient

Israel update time!
It's interesting to note that every country has it's own stories, ways they deal with the virus, and tragedies. You don't hear it by just following BNONewsroom and getting the cases/deaths count

So our infected number rose to 15. One man that came back from Italy was the manager of a toys store
He infected two more people - one of his workers and a customer, a 15 years old kid

This kid's entire school was cancelled today. To make things worse, he also visited a soccer game a few days ago.
Which made the Ministry of Health ask for everyone that were in the Stadium Gallery he was at to self-quarntine
So a few people in my work were asked to leave during working house...panic ensued

And now because of this shit more soccer games are about to be cancelled. Some of them will go as planned, but without an audience.
Also, Purim is coming soon. And many cities confirmed they are going to cancel Adloyada (think of it as a few street-wide cosplay carnival)
So..fantastic
