For any number of reasons. This has already been discussed. Maybe there is a single issue that means a lot to them in the other candidate they don't agree with. Maybe there is a flaw in the other candidate that makes them not trust or want to vote for them.

Maybe they never cared about the overlapping policies but just the policies that didn't overlap and now without that policy in play they want to the candidate with more policies they support.

There are other reasons to think someone voting somewhere else could make them foolish. For example, voting for a meteor in 2016 is probably pretty foolish if they took the election seriously.

Voting for someone who you feel would be the best president based on your set of beliefs, values, and ideals isn't moronic.

You are just trying to set it up that everyone who doesn't vote for the specific candidate you want is dumb. Red outright said this at least.

I'm a pretty unique personality, tbh. I will never claim to be anything but a realist and blunt honesty is a one of my traits I value highly because I feel like too much of the world is afraid to just up and tell people things as they are. With the quarantine I'd bet he was asking for more. For the sake of the people in NY I'd hope hes asking for more. No one there should be having any contact with anyone outside their residence, they are too far gone at this point, almost everyone in any essential industry has likely had exposures.

They should be in total lockdown and working on ways to get supplies to residences and the definition of "Essential" for workers should be very slim(medical professionals and those needed to pass essentials off to locked down people).

They are at the point where hospitals being overrun is basically already in progress and the curve is only going to get worse for at least two weeks before getting better.

His quarantine was just to literally to enforce a border of New York where only truckers or essential employees could get by with health checks for 2 weeks so New York couldn't spread the virus across the nation.

1700 people in quarantine, 200 potential cases, all of which are being tested. No open borders and a government that responded immediately and preemptively.

And this is a sub-Saharan landlocked African nation.

There is no excuse.

It's in the southern hemisphere. They will have their day when they enter their winter which let's the virus spread faster. The African and South American nations seem to be doing great with numbers until you remember they are less likely to be testing and reporting due to lower health care systems and because the heat there is going to help with not spreading the virus.

Also, Africa is lesser traveled areas by tourism and travel all together.

South Korea has no borders with countries open. The North Korean border is literally militarized with a dmz. They are a peninsula unconnected from there.
