How in God's name did they consider this a good deal?

I like WWE's overall production value better, but at least to me, AEW has better "characters". WWE only has a handful of memorable personalities and virtually everyone I've seen on NXT (so far) blends together.

Weebs feel an emotional attachment to Japanese pop culture because it's an escape for them. In a culture they feel alienated and "different" in, they find a strong attachment to what's by all means a familiar but also alien alternative. When people criticize JRPGs, Anime/Manga, etc. who "just don't get it", deep down they associate it with their own feelings of being singled out by their peers who don't understand them.

That said, Dunkey is more often than not obnoxious and his entire gimmick is basically speaking in a funny voice and cursing.

They sound a little better than my TUNE110's and the default mode still has noise cancelling. The ANC mode tunes out all background noise but music sounds bad.

As far as in-ear wireless buds go, they've got the best noise canceling, they seamlessly pair/disconnect from your devices, and they're so comfortable I now understand why people just leave them in all day...

...but they have abysmal battery life, sound about as good as $20 JBLs, you have to have both in at all times or audio will pause, and when you have ANC on, music sounds like shit.

From my experience, the only people who really dislike the WWE are people who can't get over the fact that the Attitude Era won't come back, and edgy contrarians that think liking NJPW/AEW/Impact makes them unique.

On the same token, from my experience, the only people who blindly shit on other promotions and defend the WWE are people who have only watched the WWE and assume anything that isn't as over-produced and high budget is akin to indie promotions.

I've been a lapsed fan for years and I tried getting back into WWE once SmackDown started on FOX, and it's just not resonating with me.

I really hope AEW pulls through the pandemic and maintains the momentum it was building throughout 2019. As someone who was huge into wrestling years ago but became disinterested in the WWE, AEW is a worthy "successor".

The show went to shit ever since VH1 picked it up. A majority of its fans are just teenage girls who think liking something attached to the LGBT community gives them a personality. The Trixie/Katya fans are the worst.

I've been a fan of the show from the start and at this point it's a relatively common opinion that RPDR has one of the worst fanbases of any media franchise to ever exist. If the show were less niche and more mainstream, its fans would be as mocked and hated as K-Pop stans, Whovians, etc.

I was like this, and it's extremely difficult to comfortably make the switch. Android offers you a lot more flexibility and freedom, but you tend to notice its flaws very quickly. I've switched to Android (and back) three times throughout the years.
