I completely understand why there's rage, frustration, and desperation. Loud, aggressive protests are completely understandable and rational. I'm not in support of rioters who are damaging property and injuring others, just for the sake of it.

This is an undoubtedly ugly situation all around, but it needs to happen, and it needs to be visible so that sweeping law enforcement + justice system reforms become a thought in most peoples' minds.

I have extreme anxiety and panic disorder which makes sleeping rough, considering racing thoughts. Melatonin doesn't work for me, and since I'm a weird case, benzos don't work either.

See if you can get a psychiatrist (or a nurse practitioner) to prescribe you Thorazine. That's the only thing that has helped.
