The wall is wasteful and does barely anything to stop the most prevalent forms of immigration. The reason Trump likes it is that it's a big physical monument to his own ego. And America first... look where his actions on that front have put us. He's shown he has no problems bowing to foreign dictators over his own citizens. His trade war wrecked our farmers.
