They are both AMD CPU's, most likely the same exact one, and the same RDNA2 GPU from the same company -- AMD again. FLOPS don't mean shit until we get the deep specs for the GPU's, anyway. I don't have a horse in this race because I game PC but this will come down to developer know-how, system architecture, etc much more than what is inside. The ps5's SSD has the capability of really changing things up, but who knows what tricks the Xbox has up it's sleeve with potentially a beefier GPU? Only the games will tell.
