I believe he supervised the whole thing. So I would think that it would all have to get approved by him first.

It seems like in Tite Kubo's eyes, it's all considered canon.

Tite KUBO provided canon information and sketches to both Rygo NARITA, as well as to Makoto MATSUBARA in order for them to write their novels. KUBO approves of how the information was being interpreted by them and how the stories were being told.

I entertained the thought that they MIGHT do that, but they're waiting to see how the TYBW anime does first before deciding if they're gonna go with it, because they've been promoting that novel a lot.

And some of the characters that only appear in the Can't Fear Your Own World novel have their own voices now.

Oh yeah, Yamamoto did get a new voice replacement for Brave Souls since his original Japanese voice actor passed away.

But whether or not they still go with him for the anime is to be determined.

And on that note, the Squad Zero also have voices already. Same with Yhwach, but its it not hard to figure out who would voice him, if you know the manga.

It's a common problem with CPUs. I had the same problem with my CPU last year. Thankfully it's something that's easy to fix.
