TopicThe people who refuse to drink WATER, no matter what

If your water tastes bad theres more than just water in it lol. Water has no taste, I can only imagine someone saying otherwise has been spent a lifetime avoiding it for flavored drinks.

Tbh this is kinda baffling to me as someone who drinks at least 150 oz a day (rough guess by how often I refill my bottle). Anyone thinking about losing weight should definitely try cutting all flavored drinks for a few months, the effects are very noticeable.
People drinking sugar drinks their entire life have conditioned their brain to expect some sort of sugar flavor when ingesting liquid. When you drink water which is normally flavorless, the brain's knee jerk reaction is to reject it. Sugar is so harmful and addicting for us.

Another thing. Proper spices can make or break a veggie dish.
Invest in some spices to keep on hand. Things like thyme, oregano, cumin, etc

Stirfry a bunch of veggies over a bed of rice is always an easy dish. Look into spaghetti squash to replace standard spaghetti noodles.

You should probably start with doing like one day a week as vegetarian. That way you can ease into it.
This is the biggest thing. Your body won't enjoy you changing your diet overnight.

I get that but thats not really rare here in the south. A lot of people here dont drink anything else. That and Mountain Dew.
I grew up in the South so I'm fully aware of the awful diet people have there. There's a reason the South is the most obese area in the US. You living there doesn't mean you need to have the same diet as everyone else. Just trying to look out for your health man. Sugar is a major factor in weight gain and obviously diabetes.

It brings down the whole "larger than life" feeling that a lot of celebrities have and reminds you how fragile everyone really is.
A mix of this and the fact that while we didn't know them personally, they were a regular part of our lives. Hell I remember when Eddie Guerrero died. Watched him nearly every week for years. He was a big part of my childhood. I was in tears during that Raw episode dedicated to him.

My wife and I generally bring our metal water bottles with us when we leave the house. Also for parties we just buy cheap plastic cups so guests can get water from the sink or alcohol.

Hangovers are just dehydration. If you already had a low water intake that day, those beers might have just pushed you over that limit. Gotta make sure you're drinking water to balance out the alcohol.

It's not one of the worst, but it's more difficult that average. It's not something a lot of people focus on in lieu of the weirdness. Between launching cows, listening to elevator music in Hell, fighting evil crows in space, dodging a monkey-headed mad scientist, and bashing military grade snot dudes against walls while bungee jumping, "this game is kinda hard," is far from the first thought on one's mind.
Fair point.

So the crying and begging for me back and forgiveness is just guilt?
Yup. I had a gf way back when. Was with her for over 4 years and jn that time she'd cheat on me every 6 months or so. When I'd find out she'd do the whole crying, telling me how sorry she was, it'll never happen again, etc. They were legit tears and I knew she actually felt bad. Me "being in love with her" and "having the big heart" as you put it, mixed in with a little foolishess believed her and took her back. I wanted everything she said to be true.

Eventually something snapped in me and one time I didn't take her back. Best decision I ever made. Don't be afraid to be single. If someone does you wrong to that level then the hell with them. Move on to better things.

I would pass just on the headache it looks like getting furniture up that staircase.
There's actually two sets of staircases. The tiny one is the servants staircase. Suppose to be just enough room for the help to get up and down. Stairs with the railing is the main staircase. Can't tell how big that is from the pictures.

Also considering how old the house is, it probably has aluminum wiring which can be a major concern. Aluminum wiring expands and contracts with heat which can loosen wires and cause arcs. Arcs are what burn down houses. That type of wiring is safe provided all the proper precautions are taken. I don't see that being the case in that house. Either way an inspector will see that and make note.
