My wife went to a massage therapy school where the instructor had them do yoga every morning before clinicals to ensure they didn't injure themselves. He had them do vinyasa yoga one day for giggles and she told me it was on the level of most high intensity interval training routines. --- |

I just tried a speyside region scotch last night called Monkey Shoulder. Much more sweet and full flavor. Almost tasted like a bourbon with a few scotch qualities tossed in. Increase grade by acquiring the same shard multiple times. It maxes out at 9 and yes if you sell one of them the grade will go down. Basically never sell shards. --- |

Look at all the requirements that the job postings for that title are listing then work to get that experience. If you can't get the hands on experience then research the ins and outs of that requirement online and embellish your resume. --- |
