Yeah. That kind of sucked. When getting to a new place, I could probably get it at the very end of some of the stronger enemies. But once you can actually fight the really strong enemies and use it, it feels awesome to do it. Especially to them multiple times. Like with the special enemies and stuff...

The biggest issue I see a lot of people having with the combat is how long it takes to get rolling, which I can understand. By mid-game, you've got plenty of arts to juggle and synergise and whatnot, and that's really interesting (especially if you start playing around with different PC's), but the first couple hours of "autoattack while waiting 12 seconds for Backstab to come off cooldown" are a little rough. New arts do roll in pretty quickly, though, and cooldowns get improved as they level up, so I personally feel it gains the depth it needs quickly enough to stay engaging.

It's vast but not that much going on from what I remember. You can't go into many buildings/houses and stuff. Been a while since I playing XBC1.

The idea is this helps the economy by putting money back in to it. If my wife and I both get laid off money is gonna be VERY tight. Our 1 BR apartment is $1,400/month and that's considered "cheap" for San Diego. We'd basically have to really tighten our belts for awhile until things get back to normal. The problem with that, is that means even less money is going into the economy, so more people are getting laid off, businesses going under, etc. Part of why the Great Depression was so bad was because the Hoover administration's response was to initially do nothing, and just tell people to tighten their belts up more which managed to collapse the economy even more.

• There's no "lobby" for players to meet up before the DM creates the server (so a 2ndary program like Skype or Discord is a must)
• Creating a server can be tough at first if you need to configure your router settings (firewall, port blocking, etc...)
• Some people seem to have severe connection issues. Like...it may go fine for everyone, won't know till you try. But I've seen several people over several different maptools games disconnect frequently. sometimes not for an hour, sometimes like every 5 min. No idea why. For most, it works fine...
• It's a pretty big resource hog. If you have an older computer or like to run a lot of stuff alongside the game program, it can be an issue.

Regardless of what you think about the gameplay, mortal kombat has always had pretty cool lore for a fighting game.

Its a basic necessity in the 21st century, like running water, gas, and electricity. Indeed, the United Nations in 2016 declared that internet access is a human right.

Internet service providerslike Comcastrecognize this, as evidenced by recent announcements that in these unusual times theyre relaxing data restrictions, offering free service for a limited period, suspending disconnections, and hooking up new customers. Meanwhile, many American public schools have issued laptops to students who couldnt afford them, hoping the extended disruption to studies wont disproportionately affect the poor, although this doesnt necessarily mean every kids household will be connected to the internet.
That is all very nice for now. But these charitable actions only highlight the need for widespread access regardless of economic circumstances.

Perhaps after the pandemic panic gives way to a new state of normalcy, the people will demand inexpensive and reliable high-quality broadband, and maybe private internet service providers will have to sing a different tune. They already recognize that access is essential, based on their response to the coronavirus quarantines. That will make it harder to walk back the admissions and concessions theyre making today, and they may well find that if they dont want to keep playing nice, a time will come when theyre no longer necessary because the game has totally changed.

We haven't had frozen veggies selling out where I live. The stores are more or less back to normal although they do have limits on certain items. Maybe it has something to do with the supplier?
