Turns out X was a thing, but it started being associated with porn, so the MPAA made and trademarked NC-17 in the 90s to differentiate. so now I know. |

Can you elaborate?The National Labor Relations Act (1935) guarentees the right of private sector employees to organize unions, take collective action, and take part in collective bargaining. But this law specifically excluded farm laborers and domestic workers, who were largely made up of minority groups. They were also excluded from the Fair Labor Standards Act (1938), which created the minimum wage and overtime pay. In '66 it was amended to partly include farm workers, but they still don't get overtime pay, and they have more relaxed child labor laws, and if you work on a small farm, you're not guaranteed minimum wage. So farm laborers were kept down because most of them were black or hispanic, and they're still kept down in huge ways. All while farm owners get to apply for welfare but are allowed to not call it welfare so they can still shit on minorities who get welfare - including those who work for them. |

Im the main lyricist but our pianist/lead vocals guy writes most of the music. On my own I also do percussion (mostly xylophone and other mallet percussion) and dabble with piano though Im not very good. |
