They were interviewing one lady and she says "It happened when he was 32... I think" and then it looked like she was looking at a teleprompter and then said "Yeah 32". -_- The whole thing feels really disjointed because they show the speaker saying one sentence, cut to some empty scene like an empty room or a ticket on a windshield for the second sentence, cut back to the speaker. It's *not* easy for everyone, and it shouldn't just be downplayed as a waste of time, less you're suggesting that 18 years of work should just be regarded as meaningless.
