This was part of the PSN Halloween sale, but I rented it at regular price since I'm cheap.

What I don't get is, was the grandma's body brought in as a lover or a buddy? Sure, the pictures were mostly guys who were baited the same way the hero was, but the girl's picture looked more like they were friends than anything else.

I don't know why I'm getting caught up on that particular plot point. The photo just didn't seem like it was the same play as with the men.

The ad that Snickers really satisfies holds true. One bar can buy me an hour or two if I have some time before my next meal. While I like Kit Kat, it's not as effective.

There was an AT&T commercial a while back where someones life changed drastically based on their mobile network being a few seconds faster or slower. You ever get the feeling that if your life went a few seconds in a different direction then things would be better?

Switch to AT&T. Thatll fix everything.

It's not that I dislike Reese's Cups, it's that they can go bad just sitting on a store's shelf and even the expiration dates are no guarantee that they're still good. Candy corn has no such problem. It keeps really well, and you can readily see when they've gone bad.

I offloaded nearly my entire collection at a local store (and as a former "hardcore gamer", I had a lot of rare shit). I brought in over $1500, although that wasn't all at once.

I didn't play enough for a bona fide "favorite" to emerge, but I liked Rastan.

I liked The Immortal. I played both the NES and Genesis versions. The Genesis version was better overall, but the NES version had a secret involving the developers that the Genesis didn't.

The first one was a knock-off. The second one distanced itself enough to be good. The third one gave up on trying to be anything approaching serious, and if you didn't buy the fall-any-distance-and-take-no-damage mod and immediately throw yourself off the tallest building then you were doing it wrong.

Cool. Once it hits PCs, they might toss out a console version for good measure.

Their government is pretty awful, but I really, REALLY don't want to see what a military with over 2 million troops is capable of.

I did something really bad today (well, technically yesterday): I ate an entire bag of candy corn. Since I'm supposed to be on a diet, this was a really bad move. I think I'm good for this year's candy corn quota.

I finally got around to it. I enjoyed it, but I probably won't think too much about it in a week or so.

I agree with the comments that the secondary characters didn't seem to do much. The eventual victims seem to be one-note jerks, aside from the big clown guy who seems more two-faced than straight-up jerk.

With all that said, Joaquin Phoenix delivered a standout performance. I think that the fears that people would get violent come from the fact that his performance was relatable on some level. Who isn't afraid that someone is going to take a crap on an awkward or embarrassing moment?

lol not setting every call to silent

Having a phone buzzing on my desk or in my pocket several times a day is not ideal. It's especially bothersome when I'm trying to listen to music with my earbuds in.

I'm getting a lot of calls from what I assume are debt collectors (that's what Google says these phone numbers are). Apparently, the guy who had this number previously ran up a lot of debt and scarpered off.

I don't want to answer these calls. My voicemail greeting says who I am, and my name is different from the guy who used to have this number (I answered one caller by mistake and told them I had this number). It's getting tiresome.

How do I stop these calls?

I've got a digital antenna. I get lots of old reruns, a few sports events (soccer on Univision, even though I don't speak Spanish), even a movie station. Not much call to pay for more.

I've got an off-brand 1080p. Right now, I have no reason to change that. Depending on the next set of consoles, I might consider an upgrade.

Papaya sounds cute, but three syllables for a pet's name is too many. I went with Cinder, instead.

Sylvando featured heavily in my party because of his whip and later because of the Hustle ability.

While I do enjoy candy corn and similar tasting but differently shaped candy, it pales in comparison to any of the stuff on this list.

It was a thing. There were articles about what they called zombie debt collectors. You generally dont get the nicest people in debt collection.

So settling for a smaller balance isnt a good idea. Debt collectors can get what they can, then sell the balance to an even lesser scrupulous collector, and that hurts you again.

If you want to incorporate your love of horror video games into your set list, you could do worse than the Silent Hill soundtrack.

I wish they'd have announced a price point. I guess that'll come at some conference next year or something.

Snickers is wonderful. I also like Oh Henry and Mr. Goodbar bars, but they're not on this list and probably wouldn't make it past the first round because not a lot of people know what they are.

Don't like Mounds or Almond Joy, though. Coconut is not my thing.

You do need to answer the complaint in order to avoid a default judgment. Im not a lawyer, this is not legal advice (have to say that since I took a couple of classes in paralegal studies), but the rules for civil procedures require an answer. Get the paperwork back to the court, and use certified mail to do it.

Two. One, I lost control and hit a guard rail. The other, someone took a turn in a college campus parking garage a little too wide and scraped my car; she then said I was going the wrong way. Officer came, took statements, I don't think either of us were cited.

Im about a year and a half behind Para in terms of karma. I dont know what the point is of having another board for people who have that much karma. The current top board is already pretty quiet.

President Not Appearing On This List.

Too many to remember. One standout was Watch Dogs. It felt like a chore. I didnt like the soundtrack, car chases were tedious (rubber band physics and a slow recharge on your powers), and boring missions until nearly the end.

Im sure theres been worse, I bought a lot of stuff because I was hardcore, but that one stood out.

If the glitchy Kickstarter project is My Time at Portia, then I had a lot of fun with that... on the PS4. I wish I could get back to it.

I bought many cooking things before moving in. So far, I've been eating sandwiches and frozen dinners with the occasional scrambled eggs thrown in. I'm honestly not sure what to do with all of this freedom.
