Finished the movie. I don't care how much money I have to throw at Studio 3Hz to make it happen or how much longer I have to wait, but I want more BlackFox. I need more BlackFox, because that was absolutely incredible. I have to give it at least a 9/10.

More like they left it open to actually finish the 12-episode series it was originally planned to be. What we saw was essentially going to be the first major arc of the anime. It was even super easy to tell where each of the 4 "episodes" would have began and ended.

As soon as I saw the scene with her cooking, I knew she was going to be your pick for best girl. I liked Rikka/Lily from the start, but surprisingly, I ended up liking Mia the most by the end. It's very rare that I think the quiet, stoic girl is the best girl in an anime (the only ones I can immediately recall are Yuki Nagato in Haruhi and Kikyo in Inuyasha) but something about Mia just made her really stand out to me.

Anyways, after that awesomeness and typing this post, I'm totally burned out for the night. I'm going to bed now.

This week, the man after whom Nintendos iconic pink blob Kirby was named passed away. John Kirby, who died on October 2 from a form of blood cancer, represented Nintendo in the companys 1984 case about whether Donkey Kong violated Universal Studios copyright for King Kong. John Kirby helped Nintendo win that case, which is why Donkey Kong has kept its name and plot throughout its lifetime as a beloved Nintendo franchise. Its also why Kirby was the name of a hero with a beloved franchise of his own.

According to the New York Times obituary, John Kirby worked with Nintendo for many years, and in that time, he also received a sailboat called Donkey Kong for winning the critical case. Before any of that, though, Kirby spent his early career serving as the special assistant to the head of the U.S. Department of Justices Civil Rights Division in the 1960s, during the height of the civil rights movement.

Kirbys work in civil rights law began with an internship at the Department of Justice, the obituary explains, where he gathered voting records throughout the South that demonstrated evidence of wide-spread discrimination against African-Americans. His discovery of methods such as literacy tests specifically designed to exclude African-Americans from voting helped form the basis of the Voting Rights Act of 1965. While at the Civil Rights Division, he also found himself personally escorting African- American children into segregated schools, surrounded by federal marshals.

Thats an impressive namesake. The Times obituary invites the public to make contributions in his name to Kirby Scholarship Fund at Fordham University, as well as the Merton College Charitable Corporation and The Joseph F. Cullman, Jr. Institute for Patient Experience at Mount Sinai Hospital.

He was an inspiration to not just Nintendo and the pink puffball named after him, but to an entire country of people who battled for equal rights.

This is just the same old WWE. Shit sucks. Everything feels fake. The excitement is fake. The way guys move is fake. I know wrestling is fake but there's a difference between scripting everything and letting dudes freelance.

I get what you mean. It feels like every second of RAW/SD is completely scripted. With other promotions and to an extent NXT, the matches feel more like there's a few bullet points for the "major" spots and the finish, then everything else in the middle can be improvised by the talent. Same with the promos and commentary. With RAW/SD, it's like they're reading word for word from a script (or from Vince in their earpiece) and very few guys have any creative freedom. With other promotions, they get to be themselves and say things their own way as long as they get the point across.

WWE's micro-managing of the entire show is a big part of the problem of why the shows feel boring and dull.

I watch Crunchyroll stuff through VRV, and I've almost never had a problem with VRV's player. You should switch to that service. It's only $2 more per month compared to Crunchyroll, and you get all of HiDive's anime library plus Rooster Teeth First (so you can watch new episodes of RWBY right away) and a bunch of other non-anime content added to what you already get with Crunchyroll.

What kind of deck did u used?

It was a crazy all-monster deck (as in, literally zero spells and zero traps) that had a bunch of ways to special/Synchro/Xyz summon all kinds of different stuff. It ran a lot of self-mill cards (Card Trooper and some Lightsworns), a lot of monsters that could special summon from the graveyard (Glow-Up Bulb, Plaguespreader Zombie, Treeborn Frog, etc.) and a lot of monsters with effects that activated from the hand (Battle Fader, Effect Veiler, Gallis the Star Beast, Gorz the Emissary of Darkness, etc.) so I could do a ton stuff even with no spells or traps. It could win by mass summoning Synchro/Xyz monsters, by summoning the big boss monster of the deck...

Collected/played when I was a kid during the original series and eventually got bored and quit. Got back into it again in my teens near the beginning of 5D's and collected/played into ARC-V before quitting again, this time due to financial constraints. I ran a really fun but really gimmicky all monster deck.

I still follow the franchise and play some of the video games like Legacy of the Duelist, but I haven't played the real-life game in years.

The game is great if you're only playing against other mobile players...



...but they NEED to separate the player base by input method. Mobile controls are a huge disadvantage compared to using a controller (and it's confirmed that controller support is coming) and an even huger disadvantage compared to players using Keyboard+Mouse by playing on an emulator. If you use mobile controls and run into someone using a KB+M, you stand no chance. I was in a game earlier today and the single KB+M player (they're easy to spot due to how precise and quick their movements are) got 32 kills and no one else in the lobby, on either team, had more than 4.

If they fix that, then the game is great. But until then, I'm not doing anything more except collecting log-in bonuses.

Funimation got Kemono Michi, After School Dice Club, and (shockingly, considering how much Crunchyroll markets the mobile game) Azur Lane. HiDive got Kandagawa Jet Girls and (considering where most of the past Studio 3Hz shows have ended up) I expect them to get Rifle Is Beautiful as well, but that one's still awaiting confirmation.
