Personally I need more than just beautiful art to justify my purchase, but it's cool that you're a big enough fan that you'll purchase foreign merchandise of something you enjoy, especially since it helps support the series. I don't think you need to learn Japanese to play Cipher considering there is a Cipher database online that has English translations for the cards. I don't know how well the game is balanced though, but I hope it's fairly well done because if it's not it can really hurt the longevity of the game. I also love some of the artwork. Three Houses is probably the best game in the series and there's very little fan-service in the game compared to the 3DS titles. Three Houses is alright, but I don't know about the best game in the series though. The Persona 3 - 5 simulation formula and character affection system REALLY drags the pacing of the game down. And while you can skip it, if you do, you're gimping your characters and yourself in the long run, especially if you plan to do multiple playthroughs and want to make the most out of each one. The Crimson Flower path seems rushed and it's story and character motivations make little to no sense.
