| lww99 07/02/19 2:09:10 PM #1 | I work a 9 hour day, 7:30-4:30. I do security for a courthouse. My job is to scan people as they enter the building, and thats it. We have cameras to watch, but no audio. Theres a huge delay on the video aspect, so its pretty much worthless. The first and last half hour of my shift, the building is closed and therefore no work to be done. Half hour break for lunch, and a half hour to shit. Lets say I see 200 people a day(high estimate), and each person takes me an average of 30 seconds to scan. I suck at math, but that seems like I might only have ~ 1.5 hours worth of work, in a 9 hour day. --- |
