| LeonhartFour 12/18/19 9:13:48 AM #20 | Yeah, my main problem with XIII's story is that they come up with an interesting concept with the Fal'cie branding people and forcing them to fulfill their Focus or suffer a fate worse than death, but then Square seemingly backed themselves into a corner and couldn't realistically come up with a way for the heroes to get out of it. As a result, we get an ending that feels like a deus ex machina and doesn't make much sense. --- |

And Noel is the worst male protagonist in the series, and that's saying something considering Vaan exists. Serah is awesome though. Still need to play LR one of these days. --- |

It kept you engaged in the fights. It's kind of annoying how it regularly blocks advancement until near the end of the game. I don't grind anyway, so it didn't really hold me back, but I can understand why others would hate it. --- |
