I got to play with some software that drives a million dollar open bed CNC machine and it's garbage. During installation Windows warns that the installer is trying to replace important system files in system32. It's a DLL hell problem from Windows 3.1 days. It's pretty much a suite of programs cobbled together into one. The way the DRM hardware key is bizarre and the manufacturer has no idea how it works. The documentation has screenshots for Windows 2000 and has chapters dedicated to explaining the mouse and floppy disks. It doesn't mention the mouse wheel and so the software completely lacks mouse wheel support. It pops up frequent ActiveX errors. For desktop software purchased this year. It's just complete shit.

Homing attack was buffed. It's a lot faster and more accurate. When you start it, Sonic begins hovering for up to 2 seconds. Hit the button again to release it. It responds way quicker and is way more accurate and hits for 20 something damage when fully charged.

Spin shotting in midair was removed, but was buffed on the ground. Flick the C stick forward during down B.

You can hop around while charging his forward B. It shoots straight forward when fully charged.
