Well she's GL exclusive so she's bound to get a lot of love.

I imagine her TMR ability will be Equip her TMR gain dual frost and increase atk/mag by a percentage when single wielding a weapon. That will put her back on the TDH path and she'd be the first TDH hybrid character I imagine.

She'll get some cooldown stuff, maybe another larger ice imperil alongside some damage
Probably get a good 1 hit finisher for some reason on a CD or maybe some party wide utility.
Maybe some more atk/mag increasing stuff at like 120.

If her 7 star is as good as her enhancements she may be able to pass Hyoh in terms of damage.

I did 2 25k steps and 49 tickets and was able to complete those two TMRs. The boots are actually pretty nice.

My luck wasnt as good as your in terms of pulls for hyoh or lapis/tickets used but I mean.... I have saved up for the past few months to go all out for this.

The only reason I say it is because youre going to end up replacing it with clouds STMR and even if you cant outfit two the best its still very good chaining damage.

If his STMR were a 2h sword I'd say STMR it all day, hell I'd probably do the same but its just a 1h 180 attack GS at this point.

Yeah you either get really good shit on step ups or nothing.

Kind of jealous you got 4 cause I only ended up with 3. I'll probably UOC a 4th so I can have 2 7 stars with weapons I want instead of trying to find friend units that suit my needs.

People in this topic are starting to make me think I'm making a mistake not pulling for Hyoh.

Even without 5 star TMRs you can still make him powerful enough to leave all of your current DPS options in the dust.

Even my 6 star one blows away everything I have. He has 1202 attack and my 7 star has 2160 attack and when I use them both in the raid with a 60% defense break I average about 45-50 million damage. It's just nuts how ridiculous he actually is because he gets all of his dual sword skills as a 6 star so you dont even need dual wield on him to utilize his dual skills.

Having a 7 star of him and a chaining partner will make content for you so much easier.

The good thing about Hyoh is that he's real easy to get up there with minimal gear. Just with his own TMR, a buster style and 1 marshal glove I can get mine to 2147 attack.

My weekly 10+1 netted me my 2nd Helmless Kain and a bunch of other trash.

Best way to string element chains is to just make perfect chains.

if you have issues making perfect chains with units using moves that share the same frames and are on an emulator i recommend using this website to help make macros.

Also remember to make sure both are using the same element weapon type.

The instant KO BS was annoying. There was one time it killed all 3 of my Hyohs. Of course it was the turn I used way of the void to get that triple for the kill the next turn.

Even without he'd probably still be worth it just in raw damage alone. His TMR ability has 100% built in TDH so thats 1/3 of the way there as it is. Also if you use a 1H GS (which you should as Flaming Blade Agni/Dandelga/Tonitrus are the weapons you want to use) regular doublehand stuff (Killian Scarf/Doublehand materia) works towards the 300 DH cap as well.

Hyoh is the best DPS until Akstar and Xenogears which is months away.

Even his 6 star is powerful since it gets the dual moves.

I'm really hoping Merc Ramza gets some solid GL upgrades that make him worthwhile. Having his cover abilities on a CD just hurts him so damn much that as temping as it is to use my UoC on him for his 7*, I know it probably isn't worth it. I don't have the TDH gear for Tidus, and nothing else in this batch that I could UoC are units I use at all.

At this point I'm praying Reberta gets timed jumps so I can at least get something out of this batch. Really kind of pissed that Rem got shafted again.

Edit: So thats where all my rainbow luck went. I just spent my 200k raid coins and nabbed two Marquis de Leon. Looks like Im getting that STMR, baby!

I personally wouldnt use a UOC ticket on someone like Merc Ramza. If all you want is a tank that can cover both things then wait for a basch or go for awakened rain in the step up and pray you get lucky. His 7 star is broken to hell any way and we're getting it way way early compared to when JP got him and then use someone like WoL for physical cover or a 7 star wilhelm if you have access.

I'm being really silly, defending Livid Shantotto on the board. I get that she's not a great unit, but holy crap the arguments people are making are awful.

Apparently magic finishers with stacking damage never existed before. Can you imagine if someone like BSSakura got blowback like this?

The thing that makes me think she isnt sustainable is the fact that all of her good magic skills are 110 MP a piece and that you get triple cast so she uses 330 MP a turn if you use all of them for nukes.

Kind of makes it annoying when you triple cast and one of them will have to be osmose to get some MP back but that only works once per monster.

Trio would be much easier for you if you had 2 tornado/aeroja chainers instead as well as an enhanced Dragonlord. It kind of hinges on it actually because you need to be able to 2 turn the first boss, 1 shot the 2nd and 1 shot the moon with a kafrizzle and bahamut cap.
