i thought it was that a proposed law would do so. from what i understand we have a law on the books that US companies can't be compelled to boycott by international forces and they were looking to strengthen it specifically for Israel.

Probably all it would do is make the "mental jobs" work less since they are the jobs that waste all the time. The janitors and mechanics would probably work just as many hours.

I dont really like most jordans that are not retros. The other sneakers look like some weird crosses between the retros.

I agree most jump an shoes are just weird derivative Jordans, but air vindicates I think look just plain weird.

I've stopped caring and if you don't care the state seems to be a good place to work.

But more importantly it is the largest decent paying employer within like an hour of where my parents live. And I like Olympia way more than Seattle. So it feels like it would be a quality of life improvement, not a career improvement.

Yes. The homelessness, traffic and just the general craziness here is getting to me.

I'd make about 20% less but I would rent out my Seattle house for like $3k a month (owe $1600 a month on it) and live with my parents until I could buy a large property (like 20+ acres).

A lot of young people don't go to the doctor until the very last minute these days because of costs associated with healthcare.

I took my mom's leftover antibiotics when I had strep last time to get out of paying for urgent care/prescriptions.

Generally speaking shouldn't there be no left over antibiotics? I thought they only give you what you need and you are supposed to take them all. Your mom helped make superbugs!

Too bad the general public and most of Congress has exactly zero knowledge of how healthcare actually works. So we have a bunch of Dunning-Krugers on both sides screeching talking points.

Healthcare is too expensive. The solution isn't to spend more money on it (Democrats) or completely unviable HSAs (Republicans).

The solution is to vertically integrate the system, eliminating insurance companies and having a single, universal plan with tiered copays based on income. Enact proper utilization control and reasonable restraint with expensive tests and procedures.

What is your background that makes you uniquely not inflicted by Dunning-Kruger effect regarding healthcare discussions?

conspiracy against the united states is where we are at presently vis-a-vis their negotiating for information acquired from the DNC hack, but if his campaign's contact with wikileaks included any assistance to them, he'd be guilty under the legal definition of giving aid to an enemy of the state. ditto for the hackers, really--if there's material payment for that information, it'd constitute aid to the enemy and be treason.

it's already illegal to take their information as a gift, but it's significantly more illegal to buy it.

that hasn't been demonstrated in public filings, but it's strongly implied by what has been released, and we know the investigation has not released everything. we'll see how far it goes when the case goes to court.

Got it. I was figuring Don Jr. good chance he gets treason charges but haven't seen the connection to don sr. yet.

Nothing will happen. Wanna know why? And I can't say I blame them. If Bill got away with doing something that was textbook impeachable then so should Trump. Turnabout is fair play.
