So who feels different in this game? Luigi feels very different to me from Brawl for a lot of reasons I can't figure out. The main reason is that his Down B doesn't let him hover now. I used that so much and I don't get why they removed it from him. I feel like Snake is very different too, again, for reasons I can't put my finger on.

Yeah my guy Luigi has seen quite a few changes. I really don't understand why they gave him a grapple grab though :/ I'm not the biggest fan...

Smash get yay! Played Kirby's arcade mode first because I wanted to know who the spoiler was and that was indeed very cool! And then got my main as the first unlock, hell yeah! So my very first impression is that the game feels good. I'm liking the pace of it so far, the graphics are even better than the videos looked, and I'm loving all the new particle effects and such.

However! My first match with my friends was not so good. We had 2 pro controllers, a wired 3rd party, and a set of joycons, but my controller was lagging like insanely bad and apparently I was the only one. I'm not sure what that was all about but it was gross. Hopefully that's not going to be a problem going forward...

Oh! And the mini game with the credits is awesome! Definitely the best one yet!

They made Pikachu unplayable so by default I played Pichu over him. Got a good kick out of the little guy and despite him sucking immensely he was a lot more fun to play than Pikachu. There is something immensely satisfying about beating people up with a tiny electric mouse. I'm pretty sure hes my least favorite of the Pika line but in Smash terms I just can't play Pikachu without feeling immense frustration. Pichu gets none of this frustration and I'm definitely looking forward to seeing if Pichu has gotten some much needed rebalancing.

Again, if you are going to have Dark Pit, which is even closer to Pit than Dark Link is to Link. We might as well shuffle some of Link's stats and make Dark Link.

The biggest and most obvious difference though, is that Dark Pit is an actual character. Not the same. And theres the fact that Dark Link fights exactly like Link and is kinda the point of him, soooooo yeah he can't have a different moveset or stats.

the 'r' is for 'reverse'

so SFF is when the shared fanbase makes the normally strong person like crazy strong as fans for the loser ditched them for the winner

rSFF is when there's a shared fanbase but it's the normally weaker character that's siphoning off saves from the stronger one, making the stronger character look weak or even lose the match
