You have to be a REALLY good worker AND have a fair boss to get big upgrades in pay while staying at one company throughout. Most people do it by playing the interview circuit. Its another layer of the game. It does work but you have to be willing to move around.

This is true, unless you get promotions. But depending on what level you start at or what type of position you're in, there's sometimes not much room for advancement.

Assuming that the doors did have numbers on them, they would have been practically impossible to miss regardless of the lighting. They also could not possibly have been the same.

So, it's true that apartments generally have numbers on the door, but I doubt anyone actually looks at it every single time they go into their apartment. I know I don't. The other thing here is that apparently their apartment complex is one of those with an elevator and where basically every floor looks the same. So for example, if she's used to walking out the elevator and going 3 doors down, then she might do that on the wrong floor easily.

What I don't get is how she didn't take notice of the mat outside his apartment. That should have been clue number 1 that she was at the wrong place.

Damn.. yeah I can see in that scenario how she just gets off on the wrong floor and walks to exactly what she's familiar with.

I dont know what should happen to her because of this. Horrible situation

The door was unlocked, the apartment was dark, and according to her the man did not follow or respond to her commands. I dont know if he was approaching her or not.

Theres no evidence she did this intentionally. And I'm sure she's very upset. But a man did die from her entry. So I'm not sure what the appropriate punishment should be.

Not that there's any reason to treat you as being anything but disingenuous but I will for a second.

What reason is there to still believe this White House when it comes to things that make them look bad? If your standard operating procedure is deny until there's too much evidence to continue to deny, why should you take the opening denial salvo as fact as an average person?

When you have anonymous sources and multiple people vehemently denying that they said those things, it's definitely something to take note of. What are these sources' motives? Are they credible sources? Who are they, even? Are they even actual people? Will the sources ever be revealed? Are there any records? Any evidence? The answer is likely no to most or all of these questions.

Out of everyone in this group I would trust Mattis the most. Some claims in this book are ridiculously out of this world.

It is all CNN and MSNBC talk about, I am tired of them only talking about Trump. Other things int he world happen and they ignore it.

They ditched everything else once Trump won. They are preemptively doing everything they can to ensure Trump doesn't get elected again, much like Trump is taking measures to get elected again. Our economy is soaring, our GDP is high, unemployment rate is low and most people are benefiting from tax cuts. Even people who are working basic hourly jobs are still receiving several hundred extra each year. More than any Democrat would have ever given them, no question about it.

Even if you say Trump didn't do anything at all to help the economy, stock market or unemployment rate, it's still going up and not down. What do people want? A vertical line straight in the air for all charts tracking our economic aspects of prosperity?

The only thing people have to complain about Trump is that he's cracking down on issues liberals think are "humanitarian".
