It was moreso there was a big debate on whether you can choose to believe only parts of your religion or not, and Lasa was on the side that it's all or nothing, and so when people started explaining why they believed certain parts and not others, or why certain things were up to interpretation, it just kinda devolved into one big "You're illogical, you're wrong, that's illogical" fest.

It wasn't just him, to be fair, and I think we've all moved on, atleast.

As for Miz, I should probably clarify. I don't necessarily mean squandered as in buried him or anything. I moreso mean... He hasn't really been doing anything until MitB. Now it's a bit better, yeah, but before this he's been basically going out there every week and cutting the same promo for months because he hasn't really been doing anything but be in a holding pattern.

Granted, he was gold a few times with Rollins/Balor, so I can't really complain too much.

Like, ugh Corbin, I know... But that week when KO and Sami were attacking people and the dude just kept getting up and coming back to fight them throughout the whole show, the crowd was white hot for him. The crowd ate it up, and in that moment, you had the crowd loving Baron Corbin. How do you not capitalize on that? You could atleast have gotten a good few months out of him suddenly being the badass, unwilling face who just won't stop fighting and won't stay down. And yet... Nothing. They either failed to recognize it or just didn't care.

To be perfectly fair, the only reason people are even mentioning it isn't because the 2018 Celtics are great or anything. It's because Lebron did it almost entirely by himself. In a vacuum, yeah, it's easy to go "The 2018 Celtics? Really?" But compare previous teams to the one he has now. His Game 6 performance was something that is just absolutely unreal, given how long he's been going full steam, and then to go and win on the road without Love, even if it wasn't a great performance, still means something.

A team beating the 2018 Celtics isn't a huge deal, no, I agree. But Lebron beating them pretty much by himself, when he's had to carry his team all season, is. The dude should be absolutely gassed and just done by now, and yet he still steps up.

And sure, it's fair at times to say he basically created the situation, but that's another discussion. Whether he played GM or not, when it comes down to it now, he's still shouldering the entire team.

Well, that is everywhere with reviews. Nobody is likely to go omg that was a good experience I can't wait to write a review saying that. They expect things to be good that they pay money for. Usually you are driven to review by bad experiences.

Well, right. So when something gets nailed by a troll agenda, it's less likely to balance out.

I'm not saying there aren't valid reasons to dislike TLJ There are some good low reviews in there. Just saying that even from just a glance through the first few pages, there were a lot of troll reviews.

At the same time, though, I was moreso illustrating that the "audience" rating isn't necessarily an honest indicator. If you look at the audience reviews on RT for TLJ, for instance, it's filled with a lot of accounts that have literally only given one review and no profile information filled out giving it as low of a score as they can.

EDIT: And most of those reviews say either "It's so bad I can't list the reasons" and end there or complain about political correctness

2) "pretty decent" is not good enough. lots of other movies that play in theaters are "pretty decent" too. personally i expect more from a star wars movie.

To be fair, Anagram usually says everything sucks, so that's not a huge surprise. And audience score typically isn't a good indicator of how successful something will be, since TLJ is at like, a 47%, there.

Nintendo just doesn't treat Kirby like a big release. The games usually feel like stop gap releases between bigger series releases. Like, yeah, there are consistently decent Kirby games coming out, but they don't really get much fanfare and Nintendo moves on quickly from them until the next one.

Yeah, I'd say that was a huge hit, especially since it's a spinoff. Like, Marvel releases stuff close together, too, but everything all leads up to the Avengers movies, so people are more inclined to keep seeing them so they don't miss anything.

Throwing a spinoff out as a summer release so closely behind a main entry is a very odd choice.

I mean, to be perfectly fair, why would we expect a Ronda article on ESPN to actually get any reaction, now? WWE isn't well respected in the sports world. Rousey's not a huge name in sports anymore. Now she's basically a name from acting and WWE, which is going to naturally fade her star a little bit if it's not enough of the former. ESPN's a sports site that specifically draws sports fans, and Ronda doesn't really track there anymore. So it seems natural that any article that isn't "Ronda fights again" is going to miss the mark.

1. Trump doesn't even pay attention to what's going on in his own White House

Both of those are troubling.
