I mean, I was kinda hoping for something like REmake but this is fine. It didn't look overly action-y. There's a rumor going around that you can switch to fixed camera if you want, but we'll have to see more. I'm just glad it finally got revealed with a release date...I've been thinking it was vaporware for the longest time.

I don't really see what TC is talking about, the trailer builds up the emotion for the character. In the beginning, she's vulnerable and almost uncomfortable. Her girlfriend humanizers. Then it cuts to her stabbing a guy in the neck.

This, I thought it was a great transition

And it also probably foreshadows that something is gonna happen to that girl if they transitioned into Ellie going on a rampage.

The gameplay looked pretty good, but yes it was scripted. But you know what? I expected it. Anyone remember when gameplay was shown for the first game in an E3? The gameplay looked heavily scripted there as well.

The gameplay reveal gives us a good idea of what to expect from the game, but it's not gonna be that cinematic with super-specific animations.

Coming off of EA's presentation it wasn't hard to look impressive.

Though Bethesda's ended up announcing more hype-worthy games to me. Fallout 76 may actually get me to start playing the Fallout games while a sequel to Doom 2016 was something I've been wanting for a while. DMC5 was a surprise though.

That lower-right corner of the leaks got me curious. Mentioning Just Cause 4 with an E3 reveal along with a 3D Shonen Jump All-Stars sequel. That last one nobody could just guess was coming.

Seeing that the only thing a PC DVD reader can see from an Xbox 360 disc is a short DVD video saying that this is an Xbox 360 game, you would have to buy all games you want to play digitally from them.
And that is if the publishers allows Microsoft to sell their 13 years old games on a new hardware, so dont expect to see that classic game you want.

To be honest I would just want all the exclusive Xbox titles since I can play the multiplats on PS3/4. That shouldn't be too diificult.

It's related to Drakengard. NieR spawned off of one of the endings to one of the Drakengard games so it's technically canon. (Technically to Yoko Taro, every ending in his games is canon. I guess he believes in multi-verse theory.)

I have all three so I wouldn't care about exclusivity, but I also would be kinda pissed that MGS is dead and this is just pouring more salt in the wound after Survive.

I'd rather want Rising 2 than a piss-poor attempt at a mainline Metal Gear game, tbh. Survive being a generic zombie survival game is one thing, but their attempt to make it canon was hilarious.

Sony or Microsoft (...or hell, Nintendo) talks with Konami to collaborate with Platinum to make a sequel to Metal Gear Rising exclusively on their console.

I'd want it, though I dunno about exclusivity. If Microsoft ended up getting it I'd be a bit miffed.
