She's clearly been training with a staff for most of her life, and Kylo was badly injured with a bowcaster shot. It's just generally not a good idea to be rude to employees in general. Like at a supermarket deli, there's only one person working there, you get impatient because you weren't helped immediately, you open the door and yell "IS THERE ANYONE WORKING HERE AT ALL!?" they come out and apologize because they were working on cleaning/cooking in the back, you're still rude and say "you should be up front and actually working." ...That kind of stuff doesn't inspire employees to be friendly to you, you know?
