So this basically admits that white people are the racists, just a separated by political stance.

It's obvious that both sides have their share of legit racists.

Thing is that some Liberals give the impression that being a minority is like a handicap.

Where Conservatives are like "a man has to make his own way in life... nobody is gonna give it to you".

James Bond is an alias assigned to worthy operatives

Anybody can become Bond

James Bond was one guy and Bond was his real name. The Craig films are a reboot, but he's still James Bond and that is his real name.

007 is the codename not James Bond.

Yeah they could potentially make a different 007 but not a different Bond.

Why not just another 00 ?

Anyway there was multiple 002s and 009s having different names.

The real question is, who was 007 before Bond took the position ?

would be equally as mad if they made bond American with an American accent or something.

would rage if an American ever played Bond though. Was weird enough that an Australian did, although we are a part of the Commonwealth so I can kinda look past it a little bit.

An American Bond would be a travesty though

I've read where they had Clint Eastwood in mind to play Bond.

That would have been some strange shit.

The oldest one I've seen was 1927's Metropolis, and yeah, it was a mess because of missing footage. The version I saw was actually a fairly recent expansion including some footage that they had previously lost but finally found a reel of in like Brazil. The restored portions were grainy and stuff, and even with the expansion there were still parts that we left out where they had to have a screen with text explaining what happens.

It's a good thing they found that footage, actually, because there was the scene where the machine explodes was one of the best movie scenes I've ever seen, and it was part of the part that was lost.

i saw that version too, just a year or two ago. great film for the time. a very important one to watch for any movie buff or sci-fi fan.

I believe I saw that on TCM awhile back myself.

The ones where Jesus goes Eliot Ness on fools.

Mark 11:15
When they arrived in Jerusalem, Jesus entered the temple courts and began to drive out those who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those selling doves.

Luke 19:45
Then Jesus entered the temple courts and began to drive out those who were selling there.

John 2:15
So He made a whip out of cords and drove all from the temple courts, both sheep and cattle. He poured out the coins of the money changers and overturned their tables.

John 2:16
To those selling doves He said, "Get these out of here! How dare you turn My Father's house into a marketplace!"

It just means that they're not mentally experienced or conditioned in whatever has them down.

Anyway people need to learn to be more apathetic.

Not sure if true, but I've heard that carrying around a baseball bat in you car needed to be alongside a glove and baseball.

Or a ax handle needs to oddly have a blade on the end.
