I do 4 days 10 hour shifts for 2 years now its great. I think I'd do 3 days 12 hour shifts to if it were a option.

At my last job, I was working 12 hour+ shifts. I agree. I rather just get it all done than going to work almost every day.

Every morning and night, I have to put my dilators in for about 30 minutes switching sizes. They actually recommend in the middle of the day too but seriously, how the fuck would I do it in the middle of the day every day?
I have to wear maxi pads to collect discharge. Which is finally slowing down.
I have to douche often to keep the inside clean.

Thankfully, I have reached the biggest dilator, so it won't hurt much more after my body gets used to the biggest one.
