There's a heavy focus on aerial fighting like in the show but they're executed by jumping, which was never a thing in DBZ/DBS since they could, y'know, fly. The low visual framerate tries to emulate the anime but here it doesn't look authentic, it looks like sloppy animation. The combos are flashy yet don't truly feel like a "burst zone" style of combo. No real beam struggles. It feels less like a DBZ game than Street Fighter with DBZ skins. It's their sacrifice for trying to make a more traditional fighter using the Dragon Ball franchise, tbh.
