 Eight rashers of bacon and two burger patties Fast food chain Burger King has launched a huge new burger which contains an entire pack of bacon. The Bacon King, which has over 1,000 calories, uses two quarter pounder patties and eight slices of thick-cut bacon. On top of this are two slices of American cheese, ketchup and mayonnaise and a sesame seed bun. The burger contains 59 grams of fat, which is 85% of the NHS recommended daily allowance. It also contains nearly 300 calories more than McDonalds recently launched Grand Big Mac, which has 741kcal per portion. The Bacon King will cost you 7.69 for a meal, but prices can differ depending on the franchise you order from. The Bacon King is Burger King's answer to Wendy's Baconator, and it's been out for a while now. There are 3 varieties. The original (seen above) BBQ Bacon King (which adds BBQ sauce), and the Angry King. With jalapenos, spicy onion strips, and "angry sauce".
