My mother is a Kiwi but lives in Canada. She's had paperwork troubles just passing through the states, and seeing Trump's attitude towards foreigners convinced her not to try vacationing in the states. Because she was planning to go with friends too, that means a decent group of people going to Europe instead of the states due to Trump's influence. And that's just something I personally observed, among people from a "desirable" country. I can imagine there's a lot of people whose plans changed.

Persona is a bunch of high-school students, so...

Persona games are social sims with JRPG combat, the SMT games are straight JRPGs but often with unusual turn mechanics, and then there's stuff like the Devil Survivor stuff which is an SRPG. For the most part, each game is unconnected plotwise to the other games, but they often share similar themes and there's a lot of demons that show up in a lot of games.

True, but lowering the tax rates makes them more likely to relocate their headquarters and R&D stuff to the states as well. I think. This is all secondhand knowledge.

The argument I've heard is that due to America's tax rates and the bizarre policy of taxing foreign income, those companies are holding their money out of the states and can't bring it in without losing 35% of it. The idea behind lowering taxes on them is that they can afford to bring the money back into the states, which would be good for the economy.

At least, that's what I was told when I talked to someone I know in accounting.

I will say that Trump is mocked even among the hyper religious christian conservatives in Canada in my experience. At least in the local baptist community. Canadians are paying a lot more attention to American politics with a mixture of fascination and horror. I've yet to encounter anyone who respects Trump.

Language is used for more than just communication. Although if you don't care about language than how about electricity, plumbing, farming, cars, airplanes, computers, phones, writing, infrastructure, marriage, civil rights, philosophy, mathematics, science... I mean I can go on and on about things that no other animals are capable of

and humans can build bionic limbs, close enough!

Dolphins have been observed to name eachother and respond to those names. There's some evidence they have language to some degree.

There's no micro vs macro evolution, it's just that big changes take time and a lot of small changes to come about.

Large scale changes and details that take many generations to occur are somewhat observable through how we make AI these days. We've made a go playing program and nobody knows why it makes the moves it does because nobody programmed it. Genetic algorithms over neural networks can solve a hell of a lot of problems with basically no input from us.

Outside of Kabal classes, there's very little single-target spell removal that actually sees play, and current control decks in all three of those classes still have ways around it. I don't think HS's hexproof is going to be as L:UQTO(UP:U-inducing as the MtG version for that reason.

Oh, okay. I'll take out the sap, vilespine, vanish, and plague scientist from my rogue deck then. And it's not like execute and shield slam go in warrior. Hex and devolve, deadly shot, hell I've even seen druids running Naturalize lately. That just leaves paladin, and they can always make him follow the rules.

I mean it looks like vilespine, vanish, plague scientist, devolve, and deadly shot would all still work on this so >_>
