My thought was that you could fight and then still attack with the creature, because the first strike makes the damage marked from the fight less important.

The redemption scheme that Nintendo has come up for Switch merch on My Nintendo is so insulting its hilarious.

You can use gold coins to pay for eShop purchases on Switch starting in March, but the conversion rate is 1 coin = $0.01. Theyre upping the coins accumulated per purchase in March but it seems like youre SOP on any gained before that at the old rate.

Just did 30 minutes of Lv50 crystal grinding with one of the 2x item books active and got like 300 of the tier 3 crystals. Pretty good. One more session of that should max out Cloud.

Every new story chapter adds around 3 or so, and then it seems like there's around 2-3 event characters a month.

JP has around 75 characters right now after being out for a year I think?

It seems like it so far. They give a lot of currency up front and it doesn't seem like the top tier weapons are 100% necessary to clear content if you don't get them.

Up to max level with Cloud/Squall/Bartz/WoL now. The Lv50 crystal stages do give the third tier of crystal in pretty decent quantities, so I'm working on getting their crystal levels up now. Just need to finish Chapter 5 on Hard and I'll be caught up on content for now.
