| Mead 02/13/18 9:17:29 PM #10 | Well for about half of folks that get a college degree I dont think theyre much better off than high school graduates because they either got useless degrees when it comes to the job market or they dont know how to network or get their foot in the door to actually get their degree to work for them Most employers arent gonna just hire you because you have a degree in the field, they want to know that have have actual experience and know what you are doing. Although plenty of employers may require one as a barrier of entry. So many people go to college nowadays that a degree on its own likely isnt enough to be successful. You need to make and foster professional relationships with people and find any way you can to get experience. If you ask me the smart folks are the ones that go to trade school to learn a practical skill. --- All praise Mead |

Plus eBay would have to pay the collections agency. Ive sold a lot of stuff and most people pay immediately when an auction ends. It normally means relisting the item since other bidders have usually gotten the other item by the time things get resolved with the non-payer. Its just an annoying waste of time. One dude asked for a few days so he could pay when he got paid, which was fine, but then he just never responded after that or ever paid for the item. --- All praise Mead |
