There's plenty of reasons for someone to be single. She could be a bitch. That's the way it is with one of my co-workers. Used to hang out with her, couldn't figure out why she could never keep a guy because she was a really attractive latina, then I found out it's because she has a super short temper and gets really bitchy for no reason like half the time. Once it started happening to me (even though I wasn't dating her) I fucking vanished and stopped talking to her. I don't deal with shit like that. Super friendly one day and then completely ignores you and doesn't want to talk to you the next, or gives you rude answers? Fuck that.

Banjo2553

- There's a Batman Arkham Origins game. It's a pretty basic fighter.
- There's also Dead Trigger, that's a zombie FPS.
- The STRIKERS games are SHMUPs. The people who made these mobile ports brought a lot of other good (free) SHMUPs as well.
- Pokemon GO is obvious if you're kinda into Pokemon.
- Sonic 1 is free now on mobile, but it has ads unless you pay to remove them.
- Rayman Adventures is a side-scrolling auto-runner based off of Origins and Legends.
- Play SIM (Sara is Missing) for a nice sorta-horror experience. It's one of those where it has no replayability afterwards though.
- Asphalt 8 is a pretty decent 3D racing game, use the phone itself as a steering wheel.

I know you said only free ones, but I absolutely recommend Rollercoaster Tycoon Classic. For only like...5-6 dollars you get all the scenarios from RCT1 and 2, PLUS their expansions. It's a great port.

Rose smashing her vehicle into Finn's, as if it wouldn't explode in a fiery hellball (like every other crash ever in that franchise), after catching up to him with his massive lead, catching up to him enough to hit at an angle like she did, is arguably the least plausible thing ever to have happened in the Star War Universe.

That was legit the worst fake-out I've ever seen in a movie, tbh.

I really didn't mind the humor in the movie tbh, EXCEPT for the Porgs. Those got annoying really quickly. And before you ask, no I did not like the other cutesy comic relief characters in the other movies either. I also kinda felt maybe they should've done a different scene with Leia to show that she can use the Force, because I had no idea what to feel about that scene. I was like, "Oh my God, is she dead? Wait, she's flying? Well it makes sense I guess...this scene kinda looks dumb though."

I heard someone describe the side story with Poe and Rose as something that would fit perfectly in a video game, but as a movie it was awkward. That's a perfect description for that, tbh.

No it usually means you can't have it both ways.

An example would be like welfare. Say someone wants to have good welfare programs for the poor but also opposes all funding towards it because he wants to retain as much of his paycheck as he can.

That would be wanting his cake and eating it too. Usually used for things that are mutually exclusive or unfeasible for both occurances to happen without any issue (so to speak).

Ah, alright. Yeah I completely misinterpreted that saying.

Correct. His hero's journey was subverted. Refreshing for a Star Wars movie. Same thing happened to Kylo Ren at Snoke's throne room.

That's definitely one thing I'll appreciate. I legitimately thought Kylo Ren was gonna be good/completely redeemed after he killed Snoke. Pull another Vader and see that he lost his way. But no, he still had his own plans, he still wanted Rey to join his cause. I liked that.

Wrong again. Holdo did tell Poe of her plan, and that's when he mutinied because he thought he was a better leader, just as he did when he disobeyed Leia's orders in the opening, resulting in many dead. For someone who claims to have watched it twice, how could you miss that twice? How many accounts do you have for rottentomatoes?

You simply didn't understand the movie.

This is true. In the end I saw Poe as someone who doesn't really think and go with his gut instinct. That's what the entire movie demonstrated.

I think "sandbox" is a term where you're given a large world and given absolute freedom to go anywhere and do anything. Most "open world" games nowadays still have a structure to follow and don't give you complete access to the entire map at first. That's the definitions I'm going for, and by all means the previous 3D Zeldas were open world, but not "sandbox" style.

What definition of open world are you using? So you have a source ever describing oot as being in the open world genre?

I'm using the term given to exploration-focused games that still have a structure to follow. The recent Tomb Raider games are called "open world" because you're given large areas to explore with tons of side content, and you're free to come back to them, but the games still have a heavy structure where you have to follow the story in order to open up more areas.

If we're calling games like the reboot Tomb Raider open world, then previous 3D Zeldas have a right to be given that term as well.

The way some people were criticizing it I thought there was gonna be a joke every few minutes. But it was far from that. The jokes were very sparse considering it's a 2+ hour film and I rather enjoyed them. (Favorite one was Rey reaching out, Luke being disappointed and just toying with her with a tree leaf.)

In general though I really liked the movie. I was afraid after I learned that the movie was really long and some people said there were pacing issues that it was gonna be another Attack of the Clones farce, but it was far from that. I was entertained the entire way through.

Was I disappointed that Rey's parents are apparently nobodies? Yeah a bit, especially after Luke foreshadowed that her parents were the reason she's so susceptible to turning to the dark side. But then I thought maybe Kylo Ren was lying to her to get her to join him. It was suspect that the mirror to show Rey's parents didn't do so though.

TLJ disregards TFA's setup and makes you feel like a chump for investing in it.

In what way? If you mean Rey's parents, Kylo Ren could've easily just been lying to get Rey to join him.

If you mean the supposed Force link between the two being just Snoke manipulating both of them, the end of the movie hints they still have that link innately in them. So something is still up.
