Holdo never had to tell Poe anything since he had already been demoted for acting like he was in charge. Remember, he demanded to know. Besides, she did tell him about the plan eventually only for him to mutiny on her ship.

TLJ is the 4th best SW film, quite a feat imo

Saw it on Friday in standard and Tues in 3d

It still holds that if they told him the plan there's no movie. He literally fucked everything up and got all those people killed.

Also, did I ever tell you about Snoke? He's a good friend of mine and a secret master of the dark side of the force, yes that is right, another Sith. He is so skilled and sly that not a single person knows of his existence, not even the only other Sith in the galaxy, in fact it barely makes sense for me to be able to even tell you about him now. I know that doesn't make sense because of the rule of two that all Sith abide by, and i know we made a big deal out of saying we ended the Sith and brought balance back, but what are you gonna do?

Also, there's a secret order of knights aligned with the Sith called the Knights of Re- oh nevermind, i dont think they dont want me talking about them anymore.

Yeah, I was just this this earlier. It would have been a spectacular way for her to go out. Holdo doing it was awesome enough and no one knew who the fuck she was prior to this movie, why not give us the emotional punch of Princess Leia sacrificing herself and her ship?

Then I thought well she's the leader of the Resistance, killing herself to save them when they were crumbling in numbers might have been bad for morale. Idk man.

And he'd also just taken a bowcaster shot to the abdomen. They specifically showed that thing wrecking shit, sending Stormtroopers flying, several times in the movie.

And he'd been grazed once or twice by a couple of lucky Finn strikes.

This is true. In the end I saw Poe as someone who doesn't really think and go with his gut instinct. That's what the entire movie demonstrated.

That's definitely one thing I'll appreciate. I legitimately thought Kylo Ren was gonna be good/completely redeemed after he killed Snoke. Pull another Vader and see that he lost his way. But no, he still had his own plans, he still wanted Rey to join his cause. I liked that.

The only redeeming part about Luke's death is that only Rey and Leia know the truth. As far as the First Order is concerned, Luke is an omnipotent force ghost who can appear to them as he pleases.
